This is a balanced plane and the guy that mentioned the rudder servo sucks, well he's right. I stripped the plastic gear out in it by accidentally running the front gear into a curb on slow down from landing. But I did managed to put one of the MG servos from the commander into the rudder position. Other than that these plastic gear servos and the front strut bending on hard landings, this plane flys great. No other problems out of it.

I used safe mode it flew nice it has a lot of power with 4s batteries torque can be a problem on takeoff if you bring the power up to fast it wants too float on landing.

Really not happy with the way the engineers designed the attachments for the wings had this problem with several other E-flite planes like the extra 300 in the Cirrus SR22 screws do not line up correctly with the holes

I’m curious who thought the wing attachment design was a good idea. Based off other reviews I’m not alone. You can easily attach the wings to the fuselage but good luck getting the screws out to remove the wings for transport. Ended up spending over an hour at my field trying to remove them. Ended up having to cram it in my car which barely fit. Terrible design flaw

Underpowered. The prop included is too small for motor. Recommended prop for motor is 12x6. Flies 1000 times better. Servo on rudder/gear is junk. They are plastic gear. Blew out 2 on 4 grass landings. Buy some front struts, cuz they bend super easy. After straightening back a few times, struts get brittle. Sucks Horizon only sells front/rear strut combo. The should sell just the front strut in a 3 pack. Rudder servo burned out. Basically impossible to replace due to reinforcement rod covering wire connection. Positives. Safe works great. Flaps are awesome. Smart ESC works well with no overheating issues. Front landing lights are helpful at dusk. Thrust reverse works well. Horizon completely took care of all issues. Great job on that customer service! Horizon sent me 2 sets of struts. A brand new wing set. 6 brand new metal gear servos with extensions. The higher quality ones with larger gear wheel. Overall very impressed with. Horizon service. The plane is fun to fly. Handles well. Flys great with 12 x 6 prop.

I have 4 other planes with as3x and safe. Three from Amazon & 1from Horizons Hobby. I’ve been able to bind all without any trouble. The Cherokee binds but not with as3x or safe. Very disappointing. Will not buy anymore.
