Awful machine. The machine never worked correctly. It’s not that difficult - it should do a few things, heat, cool and use as a fan. Does none of these well without some issue like errors on the screen from the board (keep having to reset the machine) now it’s dead after less than 5 months. Works great. Heat settings are awesome. Knowing the air is coming out clean gives peace of mind. The cold setting feels cold even though it doesn't actually cool the air.

I purchased this product from this seller by mistake. After shipping (I’m a Prime member) the final bill was over $500. The product did not work properly out of the box!!!!! After trying chatting with Quality Products (SN Recorded) about getting a replacement or refund for 3 days the gave me instructions on how to return the product. Evertime I followed them it came up that the product was not returnable and there was no option to get any k8nd of refund. I finally contacted Amazon Customer Support. I had a Dyson before and it was the best fan I’ve ever owned the reason I loved it was the cooling setting the AC it’s false advertising in my opinion it’s just a fan but the heating does work
