The darn thing is defective! The fan doesn’t work and after a few seconds of it being powered on it shows an error icon and remote can’t control it. Buyer beware… they sell BROKEN products and list them as “excellent condition”.

Don't buy. Defective right out of the box. LED display was dead so could see what setting it was on to change functions. Returned the next day. Dysons are excellent but this Refurbished one from this seller is crap
