Excellent Support and Great Printer Quality!
Style: Printer+Oven+Laptop
When I first received this printer, it had an issue with the ink tank. I was really disappointed and almost canceled the order. But the seller’s customer service went above and beyond! They sent me a brand new printer in record time and provided technical support until everything worked perfectly. Now my printer runs great and produces beautiful prints. I’m very satisfied — it was worth the initial stress because they truly made it right. Highly recommend this product and the seller!

Please do not buy this printer. Go with something different.
Style: A4 Printer+Oven
I was hoping to not have to do this. 10/10 would not recommend ordering this printer. I received it they helped me set it up and then it stopped printing white. They asked me to change the print head which I am 100% not comfortable doing and shouldn’t have to on such an expensive printer. They call and send me messages all hours of the night to “assist”. I tried print head cleaning and power cleans nothing worked. Please save a little more money and go with something more reliable. It has been a nightmare trying to get this printer sent back and a refund processed. I had the printer 9 days before it stopped working.
