Solid well built printer. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars. Reason one, the A and B film rollers (the push caps that go into the tubes) screw heads are too large. While they're turning they contact the brackets on both left and right sides. Luckily, I had some screws with smaller heads that would fit. Second, aligning the A and B rolls and waste film is a pain. All and all it is a decent printer. The print quality is good but the price if the printer is horrible. So far, no issues. 09/01/2025 Update: Ok, I had some issues loading the print drivers and software, and I can't express enough how helpful their support team was. I changed my original 4 star to 5. I am not super software savvy, but their patience with me was admirable. My computer must of did something because it ran once then the software just stopped. Again, they didn't have to help me fix the software on my computer but they did. Printed another few images and I have to say the details are great. I am getting ready to buy a DTG printer I will definitely be purchasing it from them. Recommend this printer.

Never could connect to computer, even with tech assistance, which i could only get late at night or early morning since they are in China. . Sent back and recoeved a fraction of the price as a refund. Many regrets not going with procolored to begin with.

WOW!!!!! Absolutely love this printer. Definitely a learning curve but so worth it. The colors are vibrant!!!! I had to have help with the software installation and they were awesome helping me!! If you are looking for a great UV/DTF printer this just might be the one for you!!!

I recently purchased the DXZ UV DTF printer and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment it arrived, I could tell this was a professional-grade machine. The packaging was secure and everything was well-protected. The printer itself feels solid and well-engineered — definitely built to last. Setup was straightforward, even for someone like me who’s relatively new to UV DTF. The instructions were clear, and the printer came with everything needed to get started, including A and B film, inks, cleaning solution, and even engineer support. The print quality is outstanding — vibrant colors, sharp details, and smooth, reliable performance. But what really stood out was the customer service. I had a few questions during setup, and Jeremy from the support team was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. It's rare to get that level of care these days, and it made a big difference. If you’re looking for a high-quality UV DTF printer backed by a responsive and knowledgeable support team, I highly recommend this one.
