The media could not be loaded. The learning curve was a little bit rocky for us at first but the machine works great. Customer service is top notch. Any all questions were answered, with great detail and step by step videos. I do recommend getting familiar with proper maintenance for the machine.

I have had this DTF printer for over a month and I can’t say enough good things about this printer and the support that comes with it. Jeremy and the team are amazing!!! The support is free and they go above and beyond to be sure you are happy with their products and everything is in tip top shape. I have to say that this DTF printer is a beast. I purchased a Procolored DTF and the motherboard blew out during setup. I was skeptical at first about this one but in all honesty it is amazing. It is not like others where it breaks for no reason at all. It is well worth the investment. That is my honest opinion. I bought this (it was not given to me as a tester or anything like that and I love how tough it is. I was worried because I was going out of state for a week. I put it on automatic clean. When I returned home; I had no issues at all. The colors are vibrant, you do not have to be an expert to use. Oh, I also had a regular printer that I transformed into a DTF, purchased over $2000 with everything from (Highly Flavored) and was not able to use any of it at all. Not once. The printhead kept burning out. Went through 3 printers before I purchased the Procolored 1800 then this one. So yes, I have been through the ringer and basically threw away a lot of money before getting something that outperforms my expectations! So save your money and purchase this one first. You will be happy with this DTF printer. I was so happy with it I also purchased a UV printer from DXZ. I vouch for them 100 percent. I uploaded a image to show you how vibrant the prints are. I hope this review helps you. I don’t have a lot of money but this is a great investment. Truth! As I mentioned before I waisted so much money (thousands $$$$) before finally finding something that actually works. Procolored would not (they absolutely refused to allow me to return their product) even though it didn’t work, motherboard blew out during set up, and they wanted me to fix it and absolutely refused to allow a return / refund. If you go to TikTok you will see endless horror stories about Procolored. Definitely choose DXZ products.

Arrived defective. "Manufacturer" gave me the run around for a month wanting me to fix it and troubleshoot it. The shaker doesn't work and the printer doesn't advance film. Ultimately, both are paperweights from the start and clearly defective. I had to file a claim with my bank to get any resolution a the "Manufacturer" just wants you to keep spending hours in the middle of the night (because they are only available after 10pm via texting through WhatsApp) troubleshooting
