These fit perfectly on my 2005 GMC Canyon crew cab. They were easy to install. Just unplug the lights on top, and literally jerk the grill off the front of the truck one side at a time pulling the clips out. There are clips across the top and bottom, but the metal ones on each side are the major ones holding it in, not the plastic ones. Use a 10mm socket to take the bottom lights off. It's pretty self explanatory other than removing the grill. So far, so good. They look good and feel pretty robust. I'll update this review if anything changes. ... show more

He stopped by to rave about the improved look to his vehicle and the like new night time viewing performance of his truck. This purchase was a home run for me and I returned a favor to a good neighbor. Product shipped immediatly and arrived in thee days. The sooner of the posted possible delivery days. Addendum: It has been a few months after install. The left side headlight and the right side signal light have taken in water. Still I am okay with purchase. Not an uncommon problem. The hardest part of replacing the marker and head lights is getting the grill off. It is held on by clips. Search YouTube for a video. I don't know why people complain about the installation. It is very easy if you're somewhat competent. You take the old marker lights out of the grill and reverse the process to install them. Remove the old headlights and reverse the process to install them. These fit perfectly without the need for cable ties like some people have used. You do have to align the headlights after they are installed. These headlights and all the others sold on Amazon are probably made at the same factory in China. So, paying more for one set because its reviews are better is stupid. ... show more

Installed on a 2006 GMC Canyon Crew Cab. Day 1 review. ------- THE GOOD: These new assemblies look sharp and clean. They arrived undamaged and were pretty easy to install (check YouTube for tutorials). I haven't spent much time adjusting them yet, I'll need to sort that out. I ordered some Meguiar's headlight coating, and I'll be treating them to prevent UV damage (the reason I needed to replace the old one's - didn't want to bother with restoring them). ------- THE BAD: The are definitely lower quality than the OEM assemblies, as you are probably expecting. Plastic seems a little cheaper, with some rough edges. The connection points for the bulbs are not good. There wasn't a positive lock for the high and low beam bulbs when installing them. The passenger-side high beam was the worst - I will have to keep checking in on that one to make sure it doesn't wiggle free. The OEM assemblies have a much better system for locking in the bulbs after they are twisted into place. I might be able to make use of a rubber washer to get a better seal. The signal/parking assemblies did not easily accept the bulbs. I really had to work them to get them into the slots. Once in, they tightened down nicely. Ordered these for $133, then they dropped to $127 a couple days later - bad luck. ------- SUMMARY: Overall, I'm mostly satisfied. I wanted affordable replacements that looked nice and similar the originals, and these accomplished that. However, the issues with the headlight bulb not locking in securely and the signal/parking bulbs being a pain to install were frustrating. I'll drop this review down another star or two if any of the bulbs wiggle free. If you have the money to spend, find a set that function more like the OEM assemblies. If you're on a budget, these might do the trick. ... show more
