Direct fit on my Pontiac G5. Great price, good fit and finish. The original headlight bulb spash cover will not fit so the center piece can only be used. Also, be very careful loosening and tightening the 3 metal screws that holds the plastic holder in place. Do not over tighten or they will strip. I'm using LED headlights and oh boy are they much brighter now. very clear lens. Update: Had to replace LEDs with regular 9007 bulbs as the reflection was too much for oncoming drivers. Even lowering the height. Decided not to become "One of those people" and do the right thing and not distract fellow drivers. ... show more

Only had them installed in my 04 Avalanche for a few days so I can't say how long they'll hold up, but they went in easy - just like the originals, appear to be of similar quality, weight and thickness as the originals. So happy to get rid of the faded/dull headlights that wouldn't polish up and made the truck look old. Wife reports that she can see better driving at night and even road sign reflections are much brighter. She chose the all chrome version rather than the original style that were black and chrome with the black perimeters. Women like the extra bling, I guess. They look really good. I think I would have chosen the original black and chrome version though... to keep the more angry/uniquely Avalanche look of the original headlights. ... show more

What a difference! I hadn't realized how little light my old headlights shed until they were replaced with these. Amazing difference. My friend had no issues with installation.

The lights appeared gorgeous when I opened the bix but looks can be deceiving. These are about as easy to install as any other replacement headlamp assemblies . Pop off the grille, pop up the retainer levers and unplug the headlight harness/remove the turn signal and side marker lights. Easy peasy (of course all trailblazer/envoy headlamps are easu to remove if you have the tools to get the grille off without destroying it). Now to the quality. Has a simplified adjustment and works fairly well of you have a 12mm 6 point ratcheting wrench, a 12 point won't work due to the rounded edges on the adjustment screw. You can us a regular 12mm open end wrench. Quality control is not good. Left light assembly has a large drop between the high beam and low beam. The right has none at all (low beam and high beam at the same level on wall I was using to adjust the headlights on). The bulbs installed must be plain incandescent bulbs because the light output is very dim and very yellow/warm like old sealed beam headlights. Definitely not the light output they show in their images on the sales page. Extremely unhappy with the lights as received. If a bulb change doesn't correct the issues, I will be returning these. ... show more

The bulb retaining clip on the back of the housing was installed incorrectly at the factory. I had to remove three phillips head screws to reinstall it before a bulb would fit. On both units. There are some waves in the clear front lens that are not the same on each housing, like they didnt come out of the mold quite right. Its hard to see in the video but in real life once you see it you cant un-see it. Looks like the units are made by Feberg. They seem like decent replacements just with some major quality control problems. I've seen some other reviews say they didnt fit right on the chevy express / gmc savana. There's a tab on the bottom of the unit that has to go in a slot in the van during install. If you miss that they look like they dont fit. Align the tab and they seem to fit like the originals. ... show more
