Purchased this dresser on 6/14. Top drawer came damaged and It won't close. Boards are too short. Tried reaching out to the supplier. Email bounced back as domain not found. Clicked on the page on Amazon to try and get help. The contact us write here does nothing. No way to reach these people. Also, the holes don't line up either when putting It together.

Great dresser that's reletively easy to assemble. Directions could be clearer as the pictures do not show which directions the pannels need to be facing. Would have been 5 stars except one drawer came damaged.

I bought two of these and they are stunning, just as pictured. They were well packed, great padding protection. They were simple to put together, too. The knows were in a box in each drawer, and were simple to put on. Then the feet were a simple twist to get on. Couldn't gave been simpler. I highly recommend these. My only complaint was with the Amazon driver. I asked in delivery instructions that they be left at our front door. Instead, they were left in front of our garage, which was a struggle for us two senior citizens to get to our front door.

It broke into pieces while assembling, and the nuts holding the bolts in broke through the front of the dresser and there’s screw holes on the front of the dresser that do not belong there and the directions have lots of places where the parts are labeled wrong and numbered wrong. What a giant piece of garbage is all I can think of and that it was not worth the money.

This is a big dresser and looks nice once built but a lot of issues. They come with pre installed plastic pieces and one of mine was missing so the screw couldn’t hook into the piece I had to struggling to fina a way around it. Also the instructions are difficult to understand and I am generally good and building my own furniture, you have to look at all the steps to make sure you don’t miss something down the line. Once built the drawers only go in certain spots and now the top two drawer fall I’m not sure why cause I can’t physically see anything wrong. Ive built a couple dressers and never had theses issues. It’s huge and heavy so just isn’t worth the hassle of returning it. I really loved the color and size of the dresser I’ll continue to use it and see how to fix the issues

Took me about 3 hours to build but it’s heavy sturdy looks great there was a slight split on the top but not enough for me to return especially after all the time spent building it overall great buy looks just like the pics my so. Loves it
