The worst quality of wood ever bought. I could get a better quality of product from the trash than this. I started to assembly the drawer following the instructions and when I was in the 2nd page , I put a screw and the wood split in half. Don’t buy this, and even worse I started a return with Amazon and the first scheduled pick up was cancelled by the carrier…. Right now I am waiting for the 2nd scheduled pick up to happen… let’s see . Never had any trouble with anything bought from Amazon, so this is very impressive to me. I feel SCAMMED

4 stars only because there was no wording on the instructions The quality/sturdiness is great! The assembly portion is LONG! But worth it for the price. These dressers that look almost the exact same are sold at rooms to go/ living spaces for $$$ way more! The storage is great and so is the plug ins on the top. The instructions are numbered utilizing pictures. They do not have detailed paragraphed instructions which made it a little difficult however just paying attention and some common sense with where the rails go works great! For some parts we used a drill not a screw driver. However, it has to be inserted perfectly and straight

Took me about 3 hours to build but it’s heavy sturdy looks great there was a slight split on the top but not enough for me to return especially after all the time spent building it overall great buy looks just like the pics my so. Loves it

Dresser parts broke during assembly - I couldn’t reach customer service through any of their provided numbers and ended up having to deal with a heavy return. Parts of the dresser also had dents and missing chips upon delivery and most of the numbers for assembly had been rubbed off, making already complicated assembly instructions even harder.

This is a big dresser and looks nice once built but a lot of issues. They come with pre installed plastic pieces and one of mine was missing so the screw couldn’t hook into the piece I had to struggling to fina a way around it. Also the instructions are difficult to understand and I am generally good and building my own furniture, you have to look at all the steps to make sure you don’t miss something down the line. Once built the drawers only go in certain spots and now the top two drawer fall I’m not sure why cause I can’t physically see anything wrong. Ive built a couple dressers and never had theses issues. It’s huge and heavy so just isn’t worth the hassle of returning it. I really loved the color and size of the dresser I’ll continue to use it and see how to fix the issues

First off its absolutely beautiful but I gave 3 stars only because off instructions it was easy to see pics but not very descriptive I'm in construction I build with blueprints all the time but with these instructions I had be very aware what I was doing I could see it completed as I built it but if u turn the wrong way u will have ugly rough edges it wouldn't take but a couple details on instructions and it would been 100 percent easier besides that it's very sturdy and like I already said it's beautiful for the money we love it I also left off side compartment it's cardboard and don't really serve any purpose.
