I give it a five because they are beautiful but I wanted to give it a 1 but only because I didn’t see the small print on the curtains I thought they were just ombré colored when I got them they looked completely different and ended up in the trash so it’s my fault but look closer before buying

At first my cameras worked great and the armed part of the cameras that set off motion detection made me so happy I gave a five star rating even the first 30 day trial but quickly after my review blink became my worse nightmare. Let me explain that I got I got these cameras as protection from something very serious I needed a sence of security and protection and blink has failed me. Three separate times today shown me an offline view. No way to hear or change from arm to disarm or allowed me to view a live video sure mate. Some people get cameras just for random encounters to protect them but some people get then to feel a sence of security and protection to feel safe to know that if the worse may happen there’s proof. To feel some sort of relief. That’s my kids and I and as a single mother to look at my camera and see offline well it’s a feeling I can’t explain. I did everything to reset my cameras. I pay almost $200 for my internet to ensure we are protected and have great speed. Not only for their school work and devises but to ensure there safety at home again blink is and has failed my family. If I could go back I wouldn’t buy or trust blink to feel any sort of comfort or protection or to even rely on. To see offline so much is devastating and heart wrenching .dont go blink. Or THINK BEFORE YOU BLINK

Ordered w sets at the same time, one came as was supposed to, other was a different color. Sent the wrong color back and it’s been almost 2. Onths and they don’t have the right size I need. No contact from the company. Bad customer service. Nice curtains though, not fully blackout
