I bought this to replace a shelving unit and garment rack and it fits the bill perfectly! It is way too pretty for the basement but that’s where I need it. I’m glad I went with the brown shelves, they are absolutely beautiful. The entire unit is good looking but more important, it feels very sturdy. Assembly was easy, everything lined up perfectly, and the directions were actually easy to follow. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

This rack is the perfect fit for my space with sturdiness and capacity worthy of a more expensive item. The faux wood gives the effect of real and all pieces were packaged well so were not damaged on arrival. All parts were easily identified with labels and instructions were clear. If a second set of hands is available during the initial construction of the pieces, this would be helpful but otherwise not necessary. I hope to be enjoying this piece for many years.

Update - still standing strong 5/19/24 and my sister purchased one for her closet after I showed her mine 🤩 I’ve been looking for an “open” closet type thing for quite some time. I had almost settled on something from Lowe’s, but besides the high price tag, putting it together would be another issue. So browsing Amazon, I came across this. I read a lot of the reviews and although I know reviews are subjective, almost everything I read was how sturdy and easy it was to put together. After checking measurements, the size was perfect for the space I wanted it for. Bit the bullet and ordered it. Everything came in on the same day. I actually waited 5 days before attempting to put it together. I was really dreading it. So, today I did it. Omg - this was probably the easiest thing I have ever ATTEMPTED to do. I did it by myself (no hubby help) and took me about 2 hours. It’s extremely sturdy and holds WAY more than I thought... And I have a lot of clothes. I would definitely purchase if you are on the fence. I dont normally write reviews but felt that this needed another thumbs up 👍🏻

Assembly was easy and the finished product was sturdy and a perfect fit for our bedroom that doesn't have a closet. There was one piece that had threads that wouldn't let a screw drive into it. I contacted customer support and Caroline helped me with the process to replace the part quickly. It was nice dealing with customer support that actually listened and helped!
