Unbelievably durable and reliable. You do have to assemble them but it doesn’t take that much. The company is outstanding. They were shut down a lot due to Covid and they still managed to push out their product. They offered customers major discounts for the delays. Made me come back to them and buy again because they were more than fair with me. The chairs are incredible and they match really well with the tables as you can see from my fire pit. We did not even bring them in kept them out all winter and this spring they look like they were put there brand new! Spilled a bunch of stuff on them, beer and wine included, and they wiped right up. Squirrels dropped acorn after acorn, cleaned right up. Nasty snow storms, hail, and dreaded rainfall. Look like new and perfect! Can fall asleep in them. Relaxing reading a book has never been so fun. Tables are beyond awesome. Durable and reliable. And they give you another tray beneath the table to enjoy dinners on. Excellent excellent company and product.

I ordered one of these Adirondack chairs in April. It arrived promptly and we absolutely love this product...the chair is beautiful. It is sturdy, comfortable, well-constructed, easy to assemble and the color is perfect. We decided to order 5 more chairs for our backyard. The 5 additional chairs did not arrive on the date expected and I was unable to track the package. However, quickly after leaving a message for the seller I received a phone call back from the company owner explaining that due to the COVID pandemic they were behind on their orders. I was reassured that the chairs will be shipped to me ASAP. I very much appreciated the communication from the seller/owner and I was relieved to know that my order is underway. Thank you for your prompt response; I look forward to receiving my chairs and I will be making additional purchases from this "Made in the USA" company in the future as the workmanship is superior and the customer service was reliable and responsive.

I have only had these for a month, but have been pleased with the sturdiness and comfort of the chairs. We purchased two and may pick up 1-2 more for our dock. They were relatively easy to put together and feel sturdy. I will update my review after a year to let you know how they hold up in the elements. Ours are in direct sun for a good chunk of the day, and I plan to leave them out year round. These are not the least expensive chairs out there, but if they hold up as advertised, they are worth it. The only issue we had was with the backs on the chairs. When the chairs arrived, the backs were damaged. I contacted Duraweather and Neal responded within a day and asked for pics of the damage. Once I sent those, he responded that they would be sending new backs that day. We received them and are very happy with our purchase and the customer support. I have recommended them to neighbors.

The end result and product is exactly what we were looking for. The chairs are comfortable and were easy to assemble. The tables are sturdy and the size we were looking for. The process to get all pieces in was terrible. The initial time estimate of 8-12 weeks was a gross underestimate, and curiously after that time period Amazon had changed the status to "on the way", but no shipping info or anything was ever active. The seller was always responsive when trying to get updates, but at the same time, it was always "next batch" or "a few more weeks out". When the pieces did start showing up (one item every few days) the boxes were badly damaged / opened, but luckily all the pieces and hardware were still there and nothing inside was damaged. All told, the last 2 pieces arrived, and the order fully completed nearly 6 months after the initial purchase date. So if you can stomach the uncertainty (which I felt I was somewhat prepared for from other reviews), your patience will be rewarded. If order fulfillment date was more deterministic / accurate, would easily be a full 5 star here

We did a lot of research on which Adirondack chairs to buy for our deck. My husband is 6'6" and big, most chairs won't support him comfortably (or aren't rated to hold him). These chairs are pretty awesome, they are big enough for him and really hold up to the weather. I put them together, they are fairly easy to construct, but I definitely suggest laying out the pieces and carefully looking to be sure the piece is at the correct angle. I had to undo a few pieces on the first one I put together, the second was quite easy. The final chair is quite heavy, so build it near where you want it. It took some experimenting to figure out how to fold and unfold the chair. We absolutely LOVE these chairs! We just found out they now make tables and ottomans too, wish they had them when we got these.

the initial order had to be redone for 2 Adirondack chairs that i've were suppose to be delivered on June 9th. After they were reordered because they couldn't discern the mailing address (???? - which was a problem unto itself), they were then supposed to be delivered by 8/9/20. They still aren't here. I've contacted sales / service at polywood about 8-10x asking for follow up. they provide vague evasive responses - when you respond the their vagaries, they simply don't acknowledge. I can't even get confirmation that they 'owe' me these 2 chairs (plus 2 end tables ordered separately). It's is absolutely maddening! This has been, without question, the worst service experience of my life. Good to know that they have my $1200 and i can't even get a refund at this date - worst service ...... I BS you not.

These chairs have been a wonderful addition to our outdoor furniture offerings. Our campus community find the chairs really comfortable. The folding features make them easier to transport, but they are heavy enough to not walk away easily off campus. The grounds staff are also impressed with the durability - scratches and nicks don't show as the color runs through to the core. They are also easy to keep clean. Overall really great quality and after we receiving our first shipment, we ordered several more.
