    • Doesn't fit every sparkplug

While the build quality of the tool appears good, the inner sleeve is too small to fit over every sparkplug. In my case it was a Motorcraft SP-493, a common plug that is used in my Ford V8. I returned these and bought the Gearwrench set that fit fine.

I own a 6 inch Gearwrench swivel spark plug socket and wanted a variety of different lengths to add to what I have. I saw these and for the money they are cheaper than a full set of Gearwrench. After I received them I noticed they are identical to the Gearwrench in quality. The only issue with these that I noticed is they don't fit over all spark plugs. I tried inserting an Autolite spark plug and the plug wouldn't fit into the magnet in the socket but an ACDelco would. It wouldn't fit in the Gearwrench socket either. I bought a Duralast magnetic spark plug socket from Autozone and the plug fit. So just be aware that these won't fit all plugs. ... show more
