I bought Dunlop's because I needed to protect myself from post-hurricane flood waters in Florida. I purchased one size bigger than my foot, as it's recommended that you wear a couple of socks on each foot for added cushioning. The soles of these boots do not disappoint! They can take roofing nails with ease (oft the bane of lawns everywhere) and keep other metals (like aluminum studs and sheetrock edging) from cutting your calf muscles. They take a while to learn because they are so heavy that you need to adjust your stride. Once you understand that you need to go slow (recommended in flood waters, anyway), you will understand how to use them. In water, they do move better. Just aside: My cats discovered them and immediately used them as a bed and claw sharpeners. Not a scratch. Cat claws are no match for the tire-grade rubber! I am very pleased with my purchase, and will use these boots for decades to come. I feel safer knowing that they are there in case of an emergency. Well worth the cost. The best boots on the market.

I highly recommend these as they slip on so easily. They are fairly comfortable especially if you put some inserts in. Seem pretty durable and have good traction. Good for gardening and I have crossed the Creeks with them without any dampness

I wear a size 9.5, yet these shoes are loose (size 9 which I bought), causing my feet to slide uncomfortably. Walking is painful due to uneven metal/rubber bulges and square patches on the sole. Worse, I discovered I must pay for return shipping. This is a deliberate scam: produce faulty, ill-fitting shoes, charge hefty return fees, and profit either way. If 1,000,000 people return these, even $1 per return nets $1,000,000 in scam money. Amazon and this seller must face lawsuits for this fraud. A judge can easily investigate their transactions to expose the profits from this scheme. Initially, I thought returns were free, but they slyly charge return costs, profiting from defective products or return fees. Amazon must display this review prominently to warn others and spur legal action against both the seller and Amazon for scamming customers.

After light use for a few months, a split/crack developed above the foot on one of the boots for no apparent reason, making then no longer waterproof. Tried various methods to seal the crack with no luck. The price is certainly reasonable/low, but I doubt they would stand up to daily/heavy use.
