There are some positive and negative aspects to this product. Positives: It was delivered fast. The product was vacuum sealed, but “fluffed up” quickly. It is very comfortable, and it does help with the lower back pain that I had prior to having this topper. Negative: the only negative about this product is that it feels like it sucks you in.
