Dualbell is extremely easy to use. I started out with Jay flex dumbbell holders until I discovered dualbell. I don't use my Jayflex anymore. What a fantastic innovation! Dualbell works really well with my bench leg extension. See picture. They were great with adjustable dumbbells as you can see by the pictures I have submitted. And I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the owner of this company. I have had long conversations with Glenn; one of the co-owners and he has been fantastic! They will bend over backwards to accommodate you. All you have to do is contact them and ask. They only want to make their customers happy and prospective customers happy as well. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have been bodybuilding for around 50 years and I've had just about every kind of equipment you can think of and the dualbell is just about the most innovative adaptive equipment I've ever run into. I'm 79 now and still going strong and will keep on being able to; thanks to dualbell. There's no reason to spend a lot of money on plates with dualbell. I highly recommend this family-owned business to everybody. You won't be sorry if you give these folks a chance to make your workouts easier and more pleasant. They are well made and will last. Basically, I was able to add 105 pounds in adjustable weights for 40 cents/pound. The 2/10 pound bumper (CAP bought from Amazon at less than a buck-a-pound) plates are attached to the 1 inch bar using 1 1/2 to 1" PVC 40 bushings (also available at Amazon for about $2.25 a piece) and a little electrical tape to firm the seal. These make it so that the adjustable's never touch the ground. All-in-all, quite satisfied with the results.

Just started using the Dualbells and they work great! In my current workout, I'm able to use them to do Shoulder Press, Bent Over Rows, Skull Crushers, Standing Curls, Hip Thrusters, Romanian Dead Lifts, and Calf Raises. For Hip Thrusters, I use a pair of bumper plates along with the Dualbells and it works perfect (had to get adapters for the plates to fit my 1" bar). I've never used a barbell before and it's so fun to be able to do something different with my workouts. Great product!!!

I guess it is my own mistake for not checking the measurement of the standard barbell. It seems advertised to attach to a barbell. I needed this to add more weight as my apt complex does not have enough. It cannot fit the standard barbell at any gym. You need a pencil sized width of a barbell to use it. Shame product would’ve worked well.

First both size bowflex select tech for a total of 300 lbs! Thats the max a 1” bar is rated for. Any more and I’ll have to get plates.

I tried the Jayflex Hyperbell first and it didn't work well with my Ironmaster dumbbells. The Dualbell fits the Ironmaster handles better. The Dualbell attachments also replicates the effect of a rotating collar of a olympic barbell. This makes it a lot less awkward to handle than the Hyperbell.
