Pretty handy tool for squeezing goodness outta stuff. It was a step up from the clam shell hand press design. Definitely has enough pressure to press rosin. I wish you could reset the counter though- which tells you how many presses the unit has done-. Also it might be nice to be able to adjust temps for top and bottom plates separately. And almost always heats up 10 degrees hotter than the desired temp I set it at. 9-6-2019 Update: I'm pretty sure the bottle jack style could use at least 2 points of pressure under the plates for a full plate sized worth of press. Itd create a more even press. I'm not sure I see where this device has $500 worth of technology and hardware though. Maybe if it had 2 points of contact with the jack. I'm not entirely disappointed just yet though ... show more

The first unit I received was missing a couple bolts on the heat plates but amazon sent a new one out the next day. Dulytek was very helpful and sent out some filter bags for my trouble. For the size of the plates I’d say this is the best bang for the money. I did have to tighten some bolts that were loose and adjust the way the plates lined up but the plates heat evenly and consistently and the jack creates more pressure than you’ll ever need. This unit smashes 10g easily. ***********UPDATE************ The LCD panel which controls all the heat plates temperatures has stopped working properly and is going haywire throwing all different numbers varying from 368° to 124° within a matter of 30 seconds. So long story short the heat plates don’t heat up any more consistently so the entire unit is just about useless unless I want to just smash some stuff flat. I’ve tried to contact both Dooley tech and the company who sold me this unit on Amazon and haven’t had any luck of course getting a response from anybody even though it clearly states that there is a two year warranty on this product. I have had it for exactly 1 year and 3 weeks. SMH I guess I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. ... show more

Awesome press very well built and strong. The electronics work flawlessly and the aluminum plates heat up quick. Very good returns on my flower and it presses very evenly love it. Use it once a day every day and it works great, the unit also has a counter so when the timer goes off it records that you pressed. This is my third press solely for rosin and it is hands down by far and away the best I've used yet and best of all it doesnt break the bank. I would definitely recommend that anyone interested in doing their own rosin pressing should buy this press they wont regret it. Ok doing a thirty day update my initial thoughts were that this thing works great but for someone making rosin daily it just doesnt cut it,the heating plates are way way to narrow pressing any more than a single gram bud just pushes all material out by the front and back of the plates 2.5 is the smallest width I've ever seen on a press plate and nowhere near sufficient. Also the prepress mold that gets sent out as a gift for review is beyond useless as it's exactly the same width as the heaters so your pre formed peice of material is alrdy to big to press. Very unsatisfied if you were considering this....dont get something with wide plates so you can press a fair amount at a time. ... show more

Dude/dudette. If your on the verge of buying this and can’t decided I hope this helps you. This will be the best 500 you ever spend if your into concentrates. So I’m assuming if your here you are. This thing has saved me so much money. It is ridiculous how much dispensaries want for flower rosin!! Let alone hash rosin. If want to be self sufficient grow your own, wash your own, press your own this is the machine for you. Portable powerful clean looking. Doesn’t take up much space and you have a 7 ton. Yea u gotta put a Lil elbow grease into it but when you start squishing you’re own bud. There is no better feeling. Buy it. Get the damn amazon credit card and buy it. Now. ✌️ ... show more

This machine make top quality resin, but on the down side it only produces 2-3g per 1/2 oz of flower or botanical matter. The wax lasts and burns twice as long as butane made waxes. Customer is amazing! I had some issues with parts and the sent me new parts plus and extra gift. Very awesome!

For the price you really cant beat this machine. Excellent quality, very simple interface(was able to use immediatly after opening without even reading the manual), and it comes with some nice accessories too. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone, the specs compared to other brands are great I was looking at a 2 ton machine with smaller plates for the same price. Very happy I decided to go with this one so I wont have to upgrade for a long time this is more than capable for what I need. ... show more

It works fantasitic! The bottle jack is a little low quality, but when it gave out i took it apart and plumbers taped all the parts and it made it work even better and is still going strong! Well worth the money!
