The pills are ridiculously small, so even the person who has the most difficult time swallowing could get these down without a single issue. That aside, these may say 'sensitive' but I felt like my entire intestine went through the rapture. Literally! I took one pill to start off but didn't notice any changes after 24 hours, so I decided to go for three pills the next time around and after about 6-7 hours I definitely wished I only took two. It was like an instant rush took over as I poured a portion of my soul out into the bowl about 3 or 4 different times with about 10 minutes in-between bathroom visits. If you don't drink water, not flavored stuff, like actual water,you're going to be in for A LOT of pain or you may even feel dizzy. I'm 5'3 and around 160 after recently giving birth, so I drink about 170-200oz on a regular to keep my nursing supply up and if I didn't drink at least the bare minimum I'd be in trouble keeping up with the water demand in order to use the bathroom. That aside, it had ZERO effect on my baby girl, in case anyone was wondering. Nothing seemed to be transferred to my little one, so no need to pump and dump. Though, if you have concerns, definitely(like the package states) contact your primary. Overall, it was WELL worth the money and that victory shower afterwards had me feeling like a new woman.

WATER. Reviews report unfortunate side effects such as nausea, pain, and cramping. This product is gentle and, used correctly, WILL give the desired result without any of those... the key is WATER. Drink cups of it, about one per hour until the pill(s) take effect - more if prone to frequent hard and/or difficult stools. I recommend using during the day in order to get all the water needed. Take 1-3 pills (depending on how blocked or how many days it’s been) with 16-20 ounces of water, and then 8-10 ounces every hour after.

Purchased this in case nessessary as I was reccommended to start taking iron supplements. As a preventative I also started stool softeners. Unfortunately this product was still nessessary. Pros: took one pill, which produced within 6 hours again at 12 hours and again at 18. What a relief. Fairly easy on stoamch Reccommendations: Glad I did not take this before bedtime. At the 6 hour mark I had a few quick intense gas pains and had to get to restroom IMMEDIATELY. Overall: did exactly what it was supposed to with minimal discomfort.

They work, but not sensitive enough. I was expecting it to create a gentle passing of my bowels. The instructions say to take 1 to three so I think my constipation is not that bad so I settle for right in the middle two tablets, I wake up in the middle of the night dreaming of soiling myself. Luckily I did no such thing however for the following 3 hours I continue to run back and forth to the restroom

I am one of those people that can poop very easily unless I travel. I mostly used this product while traveling because I tend to drink less water, and well, go to the bathroom less. I liked this product because: - It's easy to swallow. - I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and it does not trigger my symptoms. - It is gentle. - It works overnight or can take just a little longer. - The pill is tiny and tastes good. - The side effects are almost none. - It does not give you diarrhea. - It makes me feel like I am just going to the bathroom on a regular day.
