We received this unit a couple of weeks ago and the first thing that stood out to me was how well it was packaged. The unit came on a pallet and every exterior part of the unit was wrapped in foam, hardened corrugated corners, and a thick sheet of styrofoam covering the glass door. The fridge works perfect for our retail location where we sell sodas, waters, and energy drinks out of it. I'm working on getting a custom sign made for the back-lit portion up top. The unit feels very solid and keeps the drinks nice and cold. It's also very helpful that it comes with the organizer bars built onto the shelves to keep the drinks from getting mixed up. I have the shelves tilted just enough to where cans slowly slide down to the front when a drink is taken out. If you're looking for a retail merchandiser fridge for your store or office this is an excellent choice. ... show more

    • Not what I expected
Temp doesn't hold steady. Ranges from 41 to 33. Won't stay at one temp. Takes 26 mins. to go from 33 up to 41. 7 mins. to cool back down to 33. Sales info was very misleading. Not happy. Sent text to Dukars with no answer. Very disappointed.

This is a great product. Good aesthetic look. This product made our business front end look better. Our beverage are selling faster. This cooler keeps them at a cold temperature all the time.
