These two-sided reflectors are lightweight and easy to carry along with you. Since they are normally flat, they are easy to pack and take with you. One side gives you a flat white and the other is a silver reflective surface which gives you a cooler light. There are elastic straps on both sides which makes it simple to attach in either direction. Just stick it in and bend it a little and you are ready to go. It stays on fairly well on my larger professional flash, though not sure about a smaller head. I have larger professional big diffusers but that takes up a lot of space and I have already added these to my basic standard camera backpacks so I can run without the big one. My only concern is the quality of the elastics. They seem very lightweight and inexpensive and I’m not sure how long they will last. As is, they work fine, but I can see them easily stretching out. These speedlite diffusers are well made and very easy to use. It's great to have a second for a backup. I use these for indoor event photography when it isn't possible to bounce the flash off the high ceiling or when there isn't a white wall close by. I never use direct flash in those settings because it creates unflattering hard shadows and red-eye. These are incredibly convenient to carry in my camera bag because they are completely flat and weigh almost nothing. The diffuser are reversible so you can achieve a cooler look with the metallic "reflector" side or a warmer look with the white side.
