My monitors were eating up too much space in my office with my curved monitor and other 27 in monitor in portrait mode. Opted for a stacked look and am happy with the results. I have tried all kinds of arms, stands, meny costing 10 times the price of this one. None have been better or looked as good. Do not let the cost fool you. I have the dual for a Apple Studio display and a iPad pro with a magnetic VESA mount. The dual holder can have the extension removed, top capped with the easily removable color matching cap and turned into a single if you decide to do that. It will hot two 27" LCD panels just fine. I also converted it to single and put my Pro Display XDR, using the Apple VESA adapter and it looks fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about this stand.
