Es mi primer brazo para monitor, investigué un poco antes de comprarlo y mi guíe de las reseñas de los clientes de Amazon, me enteré que entre las mejores marcas estaba la ergotron (nunca he tenido uno) y estaba decidido a comprarme uno de esos pues tengo la costumbre de comprar los productos de mejor calidad, sin embargo leí las reseñas de este y decían que era comparable en calidad y por un precio mas competitivo, asi que me arriesgué, hasta ahora todo va de maravilla. Su estructura es completamente metálica, aluminio para ser exactos, el uso que le doy es para mi portátil gaming de 17.3" pulgadas que lo soporta sin problema, se que puede ser un brazo algo sobredimensionado pero quería algo de calidad que me garantizara que me durará un largo tiempo. Otro aspecto a destacar es todo el espacio que me ha ahorrado en mi escritorio, también siento que hizo que mi setup fuera un poco más funcional e interactiva ( para trabajar de pie o sentado). Estaré publicando prontamente fotos y videos.

Forgive the state of the desk - it's being used as a tool bench while I set up my new place. Got a 35in Monoprice Zero G (horizontal) on an extension (sold separately, same company, fantastic price) to reach the center of my desk and a Monoprice 34in Dark Matter (vertical) on the side. Wall plate I fabricated separately (not included) bc of existing anchor points that were already in the concrete. Arms adjust smoothly and quietly, which I was afraid of as these are mechanical springs not a piston. Very pleased with the quality of product and price compared to competitors, esp for the length I needed on the horizontal monitor (which was difficult to find without paying through the nose). Tensioning all adjusts perfectly with the included tool, and I appreciate being able to tweak this so that the monitor arms move fluidly and easily. Included spare screws were a nice touch. The plastic grip on the thumb screws is narrow, cheap, and hard to turn by hand, but a pair of pliers solved that. I would probably suggest to the manufacturer to get these printed twice as wide and in a better plastic, but it's not enough of a complaint for me to not wholeheartedly recommend this product. Product looks good to boot. I dreamed of a setup like this since I was a kid, and ErgoUnion delivered.

I use this at home for two 27" monitors mounted vertically. They're around 3.3 kg or 7.25 lbs each. I've used every level of monitor arm from very high-end furniture brand ones, Ergotrons before they became so expensive, Amazon Basics, the random knock-offs with a few less features or angles--generally always as single arms. I noticed at work having a main monitor (a Wacom Cintiq for instance) and side monitor would create an aching strain behind my neck to shoulder blade on the opposite side of the 2ndary monitor. After swapping to a vertical situation where I only look up or down slightly, this went away. If you have to look at both monitors often, I would suggest trying a vertical set up. These arms are very easy to set up, simple to tighten, come with all the parts you need, and fit a wide range of desk thicknesses. They're not the cheapest, but they are cheaper than the Ergotron equivalent. If you're running two 27" monitors, your bottom one will be lower than eye level, which I don't mind. If that bothers you and you need one at eye level and another very high up tilted downward, this might not work. If you're using a 32"+ you may want to read the measurements to know if your setup will fit. You might be able to find 2 separate single arms that let you set up vertically, but they might not match and could end up around $150-200 anyways. This one was $225 at the time of my purchase. I would recommend them if you've got the budget.

Bottom Line Up Front: This is worth every last cent, incredible quality and it just works. Backstory: I’ve tried almost every monitor stand brand / style from the $40 cheapies to the $500 Ergotrons. When I was working in person, I had a wall mount Ergotron setup that was incredible. Once I started working from home, I didn’t want to pay $$$$ for the Ergotron and decided to buy one of the highly recommended cheap options. Fit and finish was terrible, adjustment options sucked, I had to fiddle with it constantly. This was the case for every other monitor arm I tried, but I was determined to not spend the big money on the Ergotron. Then I stumbled upon the ErgoUnion. At 2.5 bills it’s still a good deal compared to the Ergotron so I figured what the hell, let’s give it a go. When it arrived I was very impressed with the packaging. Solid foam, everything in place. Contrast this to Vivo who shipped everything loose in a brown box with zero padding. Setup was incredibly simple, and upon mounting my 27” monitor it just worked. I didn’t have to fiddle with adjusting the spring tension or crank down any Allen bolts to get the tilt and rotation working right. Operation is super smooth, it moves to where you want it to & stays. Contrast this to the Vivo where you have two options: “this shit is too tight to move” or “alright now the monitor is falling” I’ve got this set up with my main monitor and laptop in tablet mode, works perfect and allows me to pull the laptop close to me to use the touch/pen functions. Only “negative” I could say is I wish they’d provide an option to buy the arms separate, as I may want to add a second monitor down the road, without paying for a pole & base plate I won’t use.
