My name is Jeanine. I love my new puckipuppy Husky plus! It came about 70% assembled, and was fairly easy to put together. My 88 year old dad rode mine and immediately ordered one for himself. The pedal assist is wonderful! I am 63 years old and I just starting working out again, and this trike allows me to pedal as hard as I want, and still assist me when I need it, or just go full throttle. And go for 100 miles without a charge. I highly recommend this trike. After months of research, I know I chose the right one.

This is a very nice bike. The color was amazing and it’s very well built. It came with some nice accessories. I did have a problem with water getting into the odometer while I was riding it and it made the bike not work. I was able to contact Puckipuppy and they sent a replacement. If you buy the bike, make sure that you keep it covered and don’t get caught in the rain. They do say that the bike is water resistant, but the odometer is not very resistant. It takes on water and the system won’t work if it gets wet. I did/do keep it covered when not in use. I could recommend purchasing a REALLY good cover and completely storing out of the weather. Moisture will ruin the electronics. Otherwise it is a wonderful bike.

Had a problem with the left brake. A new one was sent but still couldn’t get the trike to power up! So I had to disconnect the wires on the left brake and now it powers up! No left brake or rear brakes.

These trikes are the only e-trike I will ride. This is the standard for me. They are built well and everything works well. All I will say is mind the roads, take bumps and turns easy and try to run the battery in moderation. I was too aggressive with one of these trikes and ended up breaking the differential. But it was my fault. The company did send a replacement part for free to fix the issue. If you take it easy this will be an awesome trike that you'll grow to love and depend on.

Fairly easy assembly. Kind of wobbly to ride. Highly recommend that you get much practice in a large space before you go out into the world with it. Turns "funny" for bicycle riders. Be sure you do the opposite of bicycle turn, and lean with the turn while turning SLOWLY!! Brakes are adequate, but a bit grabby. One really bad thing is that the back battery is extremely difficult to put back in after taking it out. Charging plug on back battery is fairly easy to get to with battery in place, so I will not pull the battery out again to charge it. Front battery charge plug is recessed inside frame and it's difficult to plug in all the way. Too early to know more. Came in early. Good shipping. Packaging adequate, but not the most protective of the bike inside. Fairly good manual for the trike. No instructions for the free package of accessories. We figured it out eventually, but a small handout or manual would have been nice. Standard low cost Pacific Rim toolset is scattered in three boxes in the big box. Accessories overall, while definitely low manufacturing cost, are adequate, and hey, they're free! Impressed with helmet with LED light on back. Nice safety touch.
