I just got this printer and let me tell you I don't think I could be more disappointed . one the software is a virus so the person that has printed out the manual there self tells u to bypass it yeah sorry not to dumb to do that.. second it is the cheapest feeling material I have ever touched .. three the paper and paper tray is not there .. four the box is damaged and he didn't care and told me I had no patience for this printer lol ok no u have no patience for people. five they say u can call and no u can't they will not talk to you at all. six they said u had to print on it every day to it would not be good well how do u have life someone does not print on something every day .. this is junk so do not purchase it or u will be sorry I have boxed it up the same day and I am sending it back and hop to god he gives me my money back with in 7 days or I will have a law suite. on him and this company really read ur reviews ... show more

    • DO NOT PURCHASE. JUNK PRINTER
I purchased this printer. I followed all of the instructions I printed out and pressed on light color garment. The images were dull compared to the images on the seller's page, however when I tried to press on dark fabric I realized something wasn't right, but that was just past my 30 day return window, tech support via text only and was told it was my fault even though the white ink never printed correctly and was told it's not covered by warranty so I have a $1300 paperweight because they will not correct the issue and have just stopped communicating with me completely.     • FOLLOW DIRECTIONS EXACTLY
I ordered the printer, and it came packed correctly, all items were available. I was a little skeptical since reading the reviews, (unfortunately AFTER I purchased the item) but i followed the directions. Read the manual before starting. Read again a second time. I downloaded the proper RIP software that was provided. I did however have an issue with printing after the set up first, I reached out to the customer support and they got back to me asap, we had come to the conclusion the print head needed to be adjusted. Customer Support walked me through the process with pictures and video. Printer then worked properly. As a beginner, this unit worked perfectly for me, now to move on to bigger size printing. ... show more

It’s sucks that this machine is expensive and it doesn’t work The colors don’t come out vibrant like the photo shows. A manual comes with the printer if you have trouble you call and ask for help they never answer, just text.

It’s so complicated and you also need another program for it to work, this printer the white ink always clogs, I’m using my printer but just regret it
