  • Very high quality and all in one set
I recently acquired an old DTF printer to make shirts for my nonprofit. With the cost of on-demand printing services rising so much, we figured it was a good investment to start manually creating our own promotional materials at home. Besides it also turned out to be much easier and convenient to be more in control of the entire creative process. Now we can constantly alter our designs as needed, without having middle man services to deal with. We can do small batch printing to test out new ideas. And also do limited run designs for fundraising sales. So we knew this is the way we wanted to go, and finally are ready to start the testing phase. One of the first things we realized we needed was DTF powder. Obviously in normal printing the printer has standard ink and it just gets printed on the piece of paper. But with DTF you print on film which essentially uses this as a bonding type of agent to increase adhesion so that the final print going on a shirt is more stable and durable. We already knew we would be going through a lot of it once we determined that this is what we needed, so I wanted to purchase it in bulk, and love that this came with the whole kit. The fact that this comes with the plate, scoop, and gloves as well as double the amount of some of the other options, for almost the exact same price, was an obvious win for us. In the charity world, everything becomes an investment or a hindrance to the cause, and this is definitely a good investment We have made. The stuff seems pretty easy to use, there's information on here that helps with the process, but we've also done a lot of research and are ready to start implementing this. So I already knew what this was supposed to look like and I can tell that it's good quality. Very fine and the test worked incredibly well. So can't wait to try this on a bigger scale now! ... show more

  • Cures properly and works great for DTF sublimation "hack"
Used with the DTF "hack" where you use it on sublimation ink while it's still fresh from the printer and it worked great! After applying the powder you can use a shirt press with *fresh* parchment over it to quickly cure the powder so the print can be repositioned or stored for later. The temp to use will depend upon your setup, but aim for over 300F for less than 10 seconds. While I haven't used any other powders so I can't compare, overall this was easy-to-use and worked well. As someone doing it for fun at home making gifts for friends, I imagine this will expire long before I can use it up. Apparently humidity is the issue with degradation, so definitely consider rotating in fresh silica packets to keep the powder good longer. Also between the fumes and fine powder going airborne, be sure to do this in a well-ventilated space and wear a mask (or better yet, a respirator)! ... show more

  • Fine DTF Powder, Good Results – Just Be Careful With Dust
I chose this to go along with my DTF printing setup, and so far it’s doing what I need it to do. The packaging was actually really good. Everything came organized, and I liked that it included: • A scoop • A small plate • Gloves That was a nice touch and made it easier to get started. The powder itself is very fine, which is good for getting an even coat on the transfers. It spreads easily and does what it’s supposed to do during the process. Once heat applied and process completed, the results came out clean with good, vibrant color payoff. What you NEED to know (don’t skip this): This powder is very fine, and when you shake off the excess, it does kick up into the air. So let’s be real: • Wear a mask • If you have them, use goggles • Work in a well-ventilated area The gloves are nice, but they’re not enough by themselves. That dust will come right up in your face if you’re not paying attention. I used a small basin (like a hospital basin) to catch and shake off the excess powder, and that worked really well to keep things contained and not make a mess everywhere. I’m still working with it, but so far it’s doing exactly what I need for my DTF printing. ... show more

  • Reliable DTF Powder with Strong Adhesion and Great Value
This DTF hot melt adhesive powder works very well for transfer printing. The powder has a fine, consistent texture that spreads evenly over the ink, helping create clean and defined transfers. Once heat pressed, the adhesion is strong and the design bonds firmly to the fabric. The finished transfers feel flexible rather than stiff, and they hold up well after washing, which shows good durability. It’s compatible with a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester blends, and darker materials, making it versatile for different projects. Very easy to use and produces vibrant colors. The packaging is convenient with two sealed bags that help keep the powder dry and fresh. Overall, the quality and performance are impressive for the price, making it a good value for anyone working with DTF printing. ... show more

  • Reliable, Strong, and Perfect for Clean Transfers
This DTF powder has been fantastic for my printing projects. I have used it on cotton, polyester blends, and even darker garments, and the adhesion has been consistently strong and reliable. One thing I immediately noticed is how smoothly it flows. It does not clump up or clog when applying, whether using a shaker or sprinkling by hand. The powder bonds beautifully to the ink and not the film, which makes peeling clean and satisfying. The finished transfers have sharp edges and a professional look. The durability is impressive as well. After pressing, the design feels flexible, not stiff or crunchy, and it holds up well through washing. No cracking or lifting so far, even on black shirts where adhesion really matters. I also appreciate the packaging. The two separately sealed 500 g bags make storage easy and help keep moisture out. The included measuring spoon, gloves, and tray are thoughtful additions that make the process cleaner and more organized. If you are working with DTF or DTG printing and want strong adhesion, clean results, and good wash resistance, this powder is a solid choice. It has definitely earned five stars in my workspace. ... show more
