I gave a bad review at first bc I was having issues with the white ink not going on evenly and pulling. I didn’t have this issue until I switched out the DTF film (new to this brand). After working with customer service, they sent me new ink and new powder. It was like night and day. I also had issues with my previous powder leaving an oily residue feeling and with the new powder, I don’t have that issue anymore. I WILL be ordering from this company again. Awesome customer service and awesome product.

I recently purchased the Yitentek DTF Film Roll (A3+ 13" x 328') with high hopes for my DTF projects, but my experience has been quite frustrating. I encountered a major issue: the prints consistently stick to the film, regardless of the pressing temperature used. I tried various settings—lower temperatures, higher temperatures, and different pressure levels—yet nothing seemed to mitigate the sticking problem. This has led to ruined prints and a significant waste of both time and materials. It's incredibly disheartening to invest in a product that fails to deliver on its promised performance. Additionally, the film itself seems to lack adequate release properties, which is essential for a smooth transfer process. Given my prior experiences with other DTF films, this one simply does not meet the mark. Overall, I would not recommend the Yitentek DTF Film Roll if you're looking for reliability and ease of use. I hope to find a better alternative, as this has been a disappointing addition to my printing supplies.

All DTF film will create scratches when being used. This DTF film when printed on top of the scratches would show. I've never had that problem with any other film I've used. It was not a deep scratch just a minor scratch from loading it into the printer! Also it arrived with a small dent in the film making about 30ft of the roll useless and trash. I tried printing on it just in case and it shows through the print as well. Just spend the extra $10-20. And buy it from a real DTF supplier for real film.
