Hi, the red light on my printer keeps flashing and film keep stopping in the printer. I reach for help and they put me in touch with a engineer/tech through WhatsApp . Jack was great, he did all the settings for me and it works very good.

    • DTF printer makes great DTF prints… when the printer works.
Had an issue with getting the white to print. Contacted customer service and they set up a thread in Whatsapp to help us resolve the issue. They replied quickly and kept connected until we were satisfied with getting the printer to work properly. You really do have to do a print everyday to keep the white working. Product makes awesome DTF transfers when it works correctly. We have had numerous problems with the printer printing white correctly and sometimes even just printing at all. Customer service is great at helping resolve issues. However; the printer does not consistently work. Latest problem is it won’t print due to “color empty” or “white empty” when all inks are full. Expected better printer for the high cost. ... show more
