Dear Eason 😊 you’re simply amazing!! I have had my printer for approximately a month yet I am just now today getting it all the way set up 2/27/2026 due to life circumstances Mr.Eason made the process so easy I am a full time single mom of three very busy kids so fitting in the time to set the printer up was a bit challenging to me due to time difference because when it was time to do it I was falling asleep but this guy stuck in with me never got upset or pushy knew when I needed a break he was amazing we did the printers first two prints tonight and I could not be happier the colors are just amazing all the stress coming from my last printer I had no idea what I was in for with this one but I will say so far I am very pleased Eason I just love you!! 🥰 ... show more

Great Printer! Had a few issues in the beginning getting it setup but customer support (Daisy and her team 🫶🏻) were AMAZING and helped me through every step to make sure everything got setup properly. A few days later ran into another issue which I believe was user error but once again they were quick to follow up and get me back on the right track. The quality of the prints have been outstanding compared to a lower end printer that I have previously used. I am very satisfied and can’t wait to start exploring all the endless possibilities in the creative world with this machine. ... show more

Once everything is set up and working, the printer and oven work great. Only downside is for some reason when the machine has to be turned off, everything gets reset and I have to contact them to have them help me reset things, but it doesn't take long. Customer Service is always willing to help, downsize is the timezone difference. ... show more

Being a newbie to the world of DTF, I purchased the DSV A3 Plus XP600 largely because of the low price point of the whole package (oven, film, powder, inks, test shirts, etc.) as it was considerably cheaper than other DTF units I was looking at. I was a little nervous at first to go with this relatively unknown company but given my experience so far, NO REGRETS The machine is primarily metal, not plastic, construction making it solid (and fairly heavy) but it is a manageable footprint. On this unit, the ink tanks were easily accessible for filling. While I wish that the documentation would be beefier and more detailed, the support team was awesome! They made every effort (and then some) to make sure I had the machine up and running. As I was on WhatsApp with them over the course of two days, they even initiated the follow up and were eager to get me going. I was extremely impressed with their energy! Daisy especially was extremely helpful! I am experimenting/practicing with the unit and so far the images I have printed had vibrant colors and nice detail. The speed is ok at best but I consider it worth the $1000-$1700 savings of other units I was considering. Seems like the images the software can load must be png's but I would think that shouldn't be an issue for most users. Also, the interface is only for Windows users, not Macs. So far, I am pleasingly satisfied with this unit and thus far am more than glad making the DSV A3 Plus XP600 my first foray into the direct to film world. ... show more

Works wonderfully! I had to contact customer support Friday (talked to Jack) & again on Sunday (not sure of name). The absolute BEST customer service i have ever talked to!! They took care of my issues and it really was a great experience. We've only had it up and running since Sunday (this is Tuesday), and no problems since they helped me. The prints look FANTASTIC!! It's also nice to get ink & dtf powder every 2 months...pay shipping, which isn't that much compared to full price and shipping. ... show more
