I've never used Drunk Elephant products before. For me it's a little pricey at $58 (at the time of this review) but if it works then it will be worth it. It's still early days so I can't be sure yet about long term use. But I like it so far. It comes in a very interesting bottle. Don't try to pull the cap off like I did ... just turn the cap and the pump pops up, so it's very easy & quick to open. I like the feel of the serum. At first I was puzzled by the tan color but that's what it's supposed to look like. It goes on easily & smoothly. I like the glowy opalescence quality. As far as moisturizing goes, I sometimes have a problem with hyaluronic acid ( this has 4 kinds). It can be too drying for me although it's supposed to be moisturizing). But I've heard the solution is just to use it under a creamy moisturizer which is what I'm doing. I have to say I loved how my skin looked after applying my foundation. My skin was dewey & it had a nice glow.. I am going to continue to use it and hope the slight dryness won't be a problem. It's a light serum with a nice consistency and I personally didn't detect any odor. So far I liking it.

This serum goes on like a light glossy lotion that spreads very easily. I did not notice any fragrance or strong smells. The product comes out easily and is easy to use. I followed the instructions but I live in a dry climate with very dry skin so I found it better to use a bit more than one pump of serum. I also found a little bit of extra hydration when I applied this on slightly dewy skin, though I felt that this serum was thick enough that it did not dry out of my skin. The ingredients are nice. I love that it contains more than one type of hyaluronic acid, which is a requirement for me and HYA serums! It helped keep my skin nice and tacky and hydrated for both day and nighttime use. I did not have any problems or irritation using this. My other skincare and make up layered pretty well, and it was light enough I barely noticed the addition of this to my skincare layering. I did not notice any major changes to my skin or face after using this multiple times, but I find it to be very pleasant and to increase the immediate hydration in my skin.

I have been using this serum for about a week, and I am pleased with its performance. Because I have sensitive skin, I did a patch test first, and experienced no irritation. I like the swivel top pump, which makes it easy to dispense two pumps of the lavender-colored serum. It plays well with my moisturizer, too. The container is small enough to carry in my gym bag. It left my skin looking dewy. Because it will last a long time, I think it's a good value, and would consider trying other Drunk Elephant products. I’m getting older and will admit I was a little concerned about using a serum with opalescence, but no need for concern. I’ve been using this serum daily for about a week and it gives my skin a healthy, natural glow while also providing moisture. My skin seems firmer, plumped and just overall glowy. I have loved every Drunk Elephant product I’ve ever tried and this one is no different.

This Drunk Elephant Amino Rain Glasswater Serum is easy to open, easy to apply and goes on pretty well. I normally keep my face a bit damp when applying serums so they glide on better and I don't have to use as much. This serum didn't smell great but didn't smell completely horrible either and the serum itself I would say is medium viscosity with a light tan color to it which blends away once applied. Although it can take a few weeks of constant use before seeing more dramatic results so far it pairs well with my skin(no reactions or breakouts) and leaves my skin feeling more hydrated.

This is my first time using Drunk Elephant, and I must say it is definitely worth the hype. I truly can't believe how amazing my skin is looking after only a few days of using this. My skin actually looks younger. It is plump, smooth and super hydrated. This serum is lightweight and absorbs beautifully. I've tried many products that are said to give you glass skin, and this is the first time that I actually was able to achieve it. 10 out of 10 and worth every penny.
