The nylon sticks are super slick and hard to hang onto some grip tape is recommended, the wooden sticks are just covered with a slip on cover that slips right off. Elmers paper glued a must. The nylons rebound well but have low attack, the woods are good as long as you aint a hard hitter. Decent value overall though. ... show more

The maple sticks are excellent as usual. The nylon set took a little getting use to but work well. They give you a somewhat different tone on the cymbals but are good sticks. They are’s my first choice however, if you like light sticks, you’ll like them. The carry bag is of good quality.
