My grandson loves engineering and learning new things. I made sure he read everything and fully understood how everything works with this drone. Then we went to a tennis court and he showed me everything about the drone flying. It did everything stated in the instructions well. The only observable was it lost communication several times when he instructed it to come down to the ground. It was only 20 to 25 feet away. The batteries were okay with two lasting around 13 to 15 minutes each. One only lasted 10 minutes. It could have been him charging it. All in all it’s a good drone for him. ... show more

Higher quality than I expected for the money. 3 batteries are great as they go through a charge in about 7 minutes of flying time. Great for kids since they won't damage the walls when used indoors.

This drone was pretty good, the power of those tiny motors was a lot, but the reason why I reduced this to 3 stars is because after I charged 2 out of the 3 batteries that were included, both of those had completely died. It was pretty fun, but the propellor guards on the top are very fragile. The controller was pretty simple to use, but you should make sure that you read the manual that is included. The speed of the drone is pretty fast, but in the 1st speed (there are 3 speeds) the controls feel very sluggish. The drone was not as small as it looked in the images, and the value for money was ok, but this drone should cost about 25$, not 40$. ... show more

This drone is a nice drone for kids, however the propellers break very easily. I have mine for 2 weeks and already 2 propellers are broken and needed to be replaced. This drone comes with 4 extra propellers but if they break so easily I won't have any left soon.
