Came back because I have had to send some questions to the contact gentleman Mat in their customer service department. Folks,in a World that no one has to do anything, Mat from Limitless Drones is the best!! Always a quick response. Takes time to explain. Is patient despite the extreme challenges I face with electronics. I would like you to know the issues are on my side and the Drone performs flawlessly. In my Business I’m on the phone daily working with related entities and big utility companies, insurance companies and even the Courts. No one gets back or answers, and you have no way to communicate. But Drone Clones is the best customer service entity I have ever had the pleasure to need! Top notch. They have went well past any loyalty concerning the money I paid and have been fantastic! Just another reason to purchase this drone. I am not an experienced person with drones. But I can not see any other drone performing better unless you spend thousands. This drone cost me around $800 and I fly it miles away from me. It’s as fast as any bird in the sky and the camera is awesome!! I can not say enough!! I’m 57 and know nothing about flying drones. After about 5 months of research I decided to try Drone Clone due to affordability and the features they offer. Like I said I know nothing about Drones and had to send a email asking for help. Not expecting a reply (because no one reply’s after you purchase) Matthew from Drone Clone called and introduce himself, and since it was late decided to set appointment for the next day. Right on time Mat answered my call and carefully/methodically had this inexperienced Drone owner flying in no time. It is cold and pretty windy but I even was able to land on a three foot stump without a problem. Matthew spent as much time as I needed and told me to call anytime. He was also patient and was very professional. It was clear he knew his craft and was able to give clear easy to understand instructions while dealing with this drone newbie. Most people won’t have any trouble but it is so pleasing to know that Drone Clone stand behind their Drones, and novices like me can rely on fantastic customer service.!! I could not be any more pleased. The Drone is packed with features and is shipped fast. Also comes in a very nice case with battery and extra blades with controller. As far as Drones go it is very cool looking and if I can take to the sky’s then anyone can do it. I don’t know anything about cameras but connected to my phone the video looked fantastic. Update, I have had this drone for several weeks and just can’t get over about how fantastic it is!! The more I fly it the more I learn and have been zooming all over the place. But being new to drones I am soaking in all the training video have to offer and have become quit the drone aficionado! This drone is packed with features and I’m telling you the fast speed flys as fast as a BB gun!! Don’t worry about crashing because it stops almost on a dime when you let off. Return home, one key take off and landing, picture and videos along with being a very well built piece of equipment!! Customer service acts like your family and absolutely is fantastic. I don’t know what more they could do except make it able to fly you around? The price is awesome for what you get and to top it off it has accessories like lights and a gadget that can carry stuff (which I will be ordering). It has power and the camera with controller holding your phone makes you feel like your flying anyway. I get excited when it comes time to fly and have enjoyed being a kid again with his new toy. Drone Clone experts do not disappoint. Their drones are top-of-the-line, and their customer service is impeccable. I recently purchased the drone Limitless 4S for everything from taking aerial photos and videos for marketing to inspecting our property for damage after a storm. It's so easy to use, and the image quality is incredible. They technology on the 4S is stunning. The content you can create with it is endless. It’s Also easy to fly and the battery life gives you plenty of time to use it for whatever project you have in mind. But what I really appreciate about Drone-Clone experts is their customer service. They have always been quick and helpful in resolving any issues or questions in the past. Recently , I had some damage to the camera and I was really upset, but Matt and his team went above and beyond to help me get a replacement as quick as possible. I highly recommend Drone Clone experts to anyone looking for a high-quality drone and excellent customer service. Calibration procedures are very easy to follow and you can be up and flying in less than two hours. My favorite features are the return home button and obstacle avoidance. The drone carry in case makes it very easy to keep all your components in one spot and travel with the drone.

The media could not be loaded. I love my Limitless 4s drone because it is easy to setup and very easy to operate. The drone has great response and connectivity.It takes magnificent pictures and videos. This product is well worth it's cost.

This is the third drone I have purchased. The first two are "gone with the wind" as they were really cheap ones with no GPS and were lost the first time my 7 year old grandson took the controls. So, I decided to bite the bullet one more time and purchase the Limitless 4S and I am glad I did. I registered the drone with the FAA and got the recreational drone pilot certificate (a easy 10 minute course required by the FAA for anyone who legally wants to fly a drone of any kind). Then, after 15 minutes watching the instructional video with my grandson we were both drone pilot experts. This thing is amazing. One of my family friends has one of the high dollar brands costing almost $2,000.00 and this one will match it head to head with features. To borrow a cliche, "It is so easy a cave man could fly it." I tested the obstacle avoidance feature along with the ability to stay where you put it in windy conditions. Both worked exactly as advertised. The automatic return to home feature is a little scary at first. When you press the button and the drone automatically rises to 70 feet and comes right back to where it started. This is a professional quality drone at a great price. It is well built and has the same features as the ones costing twice as much. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

After flying for a few minutes, I pressed return-to-home: the drone came back but I turned off RTH and tried to land manually. I positioned the drone over the landing pad and pressed the land button on the app: the drone didn't respond. I lowered the drone using the controller: when the drone landed, it bounced and flipped, scratching the blades. Also video recorded on the phone is very choppy.
