It is very beginner friendly and was easy to setup. I really liked that they gave us an extra battery. It took him a couple of days to get use to the remote but once he grasped it, no problems. Overall this seems to be a pretty good beginner drone (I'm a beginner and I was able to operate it). The camera quality is pretty good for seeing where the drone is going and I'm looking forward to seeing what it would look like to have a VR headset on while operating it (one of the ones that holds onto your phone). The only problem I have with the product is the controller barely doesn't expand enough to fit my phone. To be fair though, I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra with Otterbox case. The phone does fit if I take the case off though so anything shorter than that should be fine. Overall, would recommend to a beginner! ... show more
