    • Great drone and great customer service
I originally got this drone about a month ago. I had issues with the first one and lost communication with it which caused it to fly away. I was never able to recover the drone. However, after no luck searching, I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I was positive I would not receive any help as the drone was missing. To my surprise, the seller was very understanding and sent me an entirely new drone free of charge. I have never had such a great experience with customer service as I had with Pro Shop. They seriously made me a happy person knowing I did not have to eat the cost (which was around 120 dollars at the time). The new drone works perfectly and I recommend buying this drone, as it is easy to fly and the video quality is great. Thank you so much for all of your help and Happy New Year! I think my son's drone is probably still a mile up and 2 states over by now. First flight and it kept flying and never came back. Bought another one and hopefully we will find a video he can watch before the first flight with the new one.

So far it came packaged very well. The drone feels very lightweight. But it's a cheap priced drone. Not top tier. I got it to practice with for now.

I have bought many drones over the years and have always had issues getting them going. This was the first one I have used that just worked out of the box. Setup was so easy. Bought for a birthday present for a kid. I have tried it, very good stability, and the shooting is very clear. When the battery is fully charged, I can use it for 16 minutes. The price is very cheap, very suitable for beginners, especially teenagers. I've packed it up, and it's a surprise for my child on his birthday! Highly recommend as a gift for kids! ... show more

    • Software is terrible
Bought this drone expressly because it has a movable camera and connects to your phone as a means of being your drones eyes. The problem is that the software is quite bad and never actually connects to my IPhone. I did quite a bit of research before buying this, but the one thing I couldn’t check was the app because I had no clue what app it would use. Once it was delivered and I downloaded the app to connect to the drone I immediately had no connection with the drone despite the fact that my phone shows that it is connected in the WiFi window. This prompted me to the app reviews for “MJXC” app (that’s what it’s called go see for yourself before buying) the app reviews are very bad, filled with users who cannot connect to their drones thus completely crippling one of the key features. 1 star. Will re-evaluate if it ever freaking connections but having tried a few dozen times at this point it seems unlikely. ... show more
