I purchased the "Driveway Alarm Wireless Outside" nearly 11 months ago to replace my old driveway alarm that was no longer working correctly. I was very happy to find this extra loud one with two sensors. I have them placed along my walkway and by the door so I have no surprise visitors. I wanted to update after I had used them through a snowy & cold winter as well as the heat of summer. The alarm/sensors continue to work as they did the first day I got them. I am very pleased with them. In my experience it's better to order a set with 2 sensors from the start as finding a replacement or 2nd sensor after initial purchase of the alarm can sometimes be an issue due to changing technology. It's also a huge plus that the sensor and alarm all work on batteries. Precious electrical outlets are not wasted and it makes the entire unit easily portable. I find the battery operated units much more user friendly and the batteries do last a long time. I haven't replaced them yet.

Easy to set up. Loud notification sound. Detects movement under the carport for deliveries or visitors. Will let me know at night if raccoons or possums are moving through the yard. Sensitive enough to detect birds or movement cause by wind. Detects movement 50 feet down the driveway. Keeps going off as long as there is movement. I have gotten used to the noise and for the most part it does not bother me. My friends find it annoying though. I hope it is annoying to people who are trespassing or up to no good at night. Was able to pair the new device with an older one of the same brand. Have used this type of alarm for more than 10 years now. Batteries lang a long time. Recommend it if you need an inexpensive, easy to replace alarm. I liked the original version much better because it was cheaper, and no paring was required. Just put in batteries, and unit was ready to go. Wish somebody would make the old version again. Also the alarm on the old version was louder and more startling when it went off in the middle of the night.

This is my 2nd one. I don't use it as a driveway alarm. I use it as a motion detector for my elderly mother. If she gets up from her bed at night, the alarm will go off and I quickly go to her aid. She hasn't fallen ever since I got this product. And I have been able to sleep at night when I'm taking care of her. This has been a life saver for me. I will buy again if my current one gets damaged. But I had my first one for almost 7 years before it started failing. It's well made and sturdy. Can't recommend enough. No... no one is paying money for this review. I have actually purchased this item twice now. Love this product.

This dinger is SO LOUD. I wish there was a way to limit the beeps to 1-2 not 4. We had to put the receiver in the cabinet to make the volume lower. It's set on the lowest volume setting too.

Second time buying this unit. First set lasted 5 years in Florida weather. I use it on walkway for visitor detection. The only negative about this one is that they no longer include the adapter to plug it in, so I'm using the one from my previous unit.

One of the sensors is only picking up motion half the time. I had to email the seller from their website to see if they could ship me a new sensor that will arrive before my Amazon return window closes. You have no be nearly directly in front of the sensor before it detects motion. It doesn’t pick up movement in a 45 degree range like it claims, no matter how far away you are from the sensor. It also can’t pick up anything above or below it like the product images claim, only what is straight out in front of it. UPDATE: It was the manufacturer I emailed and they replaced a sensor that was only picking up motion half the time. I did not like having to go outside of Amazon’s messaging system. I was sent to the manufacturer’s website where they had their email address posted, then I had to contact them via my personal email account. They did not have my shipping address even though I gave them my Amazon order number. The problem was resolved but I wasn’t comfortable with the process.
