These are great filters. As much as I appreciate the reduced environmental impact of gold filters, I just don't like the results as much as paper. And I figure that since this a 1 pot per day (usually) household, it takes me about a year and a half to use up these filters, so it's not like I'm going through a lot. These are a perfect fit for my Breville Precision coffee maker, and as long as this company is still around, they'll see me coming back every 1.5 years for a new set of filters just like I have been. :)

No spill over of coffee grounds with these...finally! I had be using filters that fit the basket but were low on the sides and I had spill over everyday. I think they were 8 cup. Based upon reviews I went with these. They are a little big for the bottom of basket but its an easy correction. The height is perfect.

I ordered them for our church, because the store bought ones weren’t large enough and it was causing an over flow of coffee grounds in our coffee. This product stopped that from happening and I will be ordering more.

No grounds in my coffee! As others have indicated, these are a little large for a standard auto-drip coffee maker. However, they are tall enough to keep the grounds from getting in the pot. I’d give them 5 stars, but I do think they are a little pricey. I will be buying them again.

I have a Bunn 12 cup coffee maker and wanted a large size to reach the top of the filter basket to avoid overflow problems. These filters do reach the top of the filter basket, so that part is good. These filters are all stacked inside of one another inside of a plastic bag. Then they are placed inside of another grey shipping bag. There is no rigid bowl for them to rest in and so they splay out and the pleats are stretched out. When you get them they have pretty much lost their shape. Added to that, they are very thin. The result is the filter will not fit snugly aganist the filter basket. - it wants to come away from the sides and takes work to try and get it to stay in place. Of course, if it DOES comes away from the sides during the water spray process, I will have water and coffee leaking all over the counter - (although my coffee maker is resting in a tray to avoid this possibility) but still, it would be a big mess. So far this hasn't happened but I have had it happen before with other flimsy filter papers. You do get a lot of filters for the price - but don't expect them to be well shaped and of a substantial paper thickness like say a Melita Coffee Filter. Unfortunately these are made of thin paper and do not hold their shape.
