I enjoyed the experience until I tried to access the website… which does not allow me to connect my subscription to my account. When attempting to connect with customer service, it says response time is a few hours… so I guess there is a huge disconnect between the product and the customer opportunity to engage. It’s the right idea and the right product and the right experience…. Until you want to actually do something with it.

All the products smell wonderful. Had the subscription for about 3 months now- originally a birthday gift for my husband. I’m not a coffee person, but even I’ve enjoyed some and my husband has enjoyed them all! It is grind it yourself, so get yourself a little coffee grinder if you don’t have one.

As soon as you open the package you can smell the coffee. Each card that comes with it tells you where it originated and a little back history of the coffee. This is a great gift for any and all coffee lovers

Really enjoyed the concept and the grower stories, but the coffee itself just doesn't fully deliver on the promise. If you are going to spend this much for coffee you can find much better from a local roaster.

2 out of 4 of the samples were pretty good and 2 were not all that good. I still have some 2 months later which is a good indicator that my grocery store "gourmet blend" is better at less than 1/2 the cost.
