Apart from the organic coffee we get from a small, family-owned operation down in Puerto Rico - this whole bean coffee is a favorite in our house now. We grind it fresh each morning, and the aroma alone is enough to start the day right. It brews beautifully in both drip and French press methods, if you are a fan of those. Cameron's whole bean coffee is a great company that I purchased from often they have many different blends and are a lot of them organic which is a plus. They are reasonable price to me when they are on sale I've purchased the Pacific rim whole beans many a times and consistency with flavor is there. Always fresh. I've tried the Scandinavian blend.100% organic Columbian which is great. I've been grinding beans straight for the last five years for my coffee drinking. Mainly Starbucks different varieties. Just put your coffee bean bag in a large Ziploc if you can to keep it fresh never freeze it which I used to do years ago but researched info says not to. I purchased the 4 lb bag. I like to drink a different coffee each day so this is a good one in my every other daily coffee making. If you don't have a coffee grinder purchase a conical burr grinder which is the best right now don't fuss too much about grinds getting on your counter it happens. Most grinders if used like me won't last too long the only one I purchased that has lasted me two to three years was AI cook brand which you can only get on eBay now. This coffee is all Arabica beans most coffee other than Colombian in stores is robusta beans which is a lower quality. It's funny I salivate just thinking of coffee.
