The Versa is very well packaged, I needed to cut open the package to remove the product. The Versa appears to be well-built with a wide range of scrubbing pads and brush. I originally purchase the Versa for cleaning tile and grout, it worked well and made this job much easier, it is important to learn how much pressure to apply, since the brush spins at a good speed very little pressure is required. A difficult job for me is cleaning the stove and ceramic stove top, the non-abrasive pad did a very good job of removing the baked-on buildup from the stove top. The Versa worked very well on cleaning my outdoor grill and is much safer than using a wire brush. The Versa was good for cleaning rust off my outdoor furniture as well as cleaning up my stainless-steel sinks. I have been very happy with the performance and flexibly of the Versa. ... show more

I received mine today and couldn't wait to try it out. I love it. It didn't quit due to overheating. Took my time removing stains and it was a lot faster then using elbow grease. With in 2 minutes I did more work than I did with my hands in 30 minutes. I love the splash guard. After a month of use I still fell the same about this product. The only time the Dremel stops is when I press too hard. Let it do the work, not the pressure you put on it. On vertical surfaces I spray water and then lightly drop Comet, etc. powder on the wet surface and start use the dremel. On horizontal surfaces I spread Comet powder on the surface and then spray water on it and proceed. The bathtube surface is like new. This is great. ... show more

I needed a little help with cleaning the hard stuck on stuff that my oven had. I tried everything to get the buildup off but nothing worked and I would spend precious time trying to hand scrub it and get nowhere. I came across this little gadget and so far I am happy with my purchase. It got all the grime off the oven window in about 15 minutes!! And the gunk off the burner area in like 5 min! My only issue,which I think I can tolerate, is when the battery is even a little low it will stop working and then I have to push the button to turn it off and then push again to turn it back on. And with using any type of cleaner or water... it will fling it everywhere... the oven was a big kind of job since the gunk had been stuck for a few years, so I used “soft scrub” to help get the gunk off and some of that flung onto the surrounding areas like my lower cabinets and the floor around the oven door because the way the dremel head spins. But the end result was worth the minor clean up! This was my first time using the dremel and I haven’t had to use the other attachments yet, but I’m sure whatever task I need it for, it will do the job and save me some elbow grease!!! ... show more

Personally, so far I have used this only in the kitchen. It has been really great for several chores. It has worked well in getting rid of the buildup around the rim of my sink. It also works exceptionally well in cleaning the bottom outside of my pots and pans. I have also used it on my stovetop to clean the dried on spillage. Haven't used it anywhere else in the house yet but can think of many places it will do wonders especially cleaning tile grout in the bathroom. This tool is absolutely Great. Just cleaned the shower stall and the Ceramic stove top. CLR and this tool made that job very easy. "Awesome" brand degreaser and this tool cleaned the stove top to almost new condition. The rubber boot keeps the splatter under control but makes the tool a little larger and harder to see what you are doing. I've only had it one day but the house is better for it already. I tend to let things get the better of me because I hate scrubbing. ... show more

    • Gets the job done, battery life is terrible.
I thought I hit the bathroom cleaner jackpot with this. I used on a small shower only area. The way I was getting through the area was amazing. I was ready to gift one to all my friends. Then, it died. One wall done and it was dead. So I charged it again, another 2 hours or so. And began to clean another wall, keep in mind these are 2x2 tiles, so I like to get them all. It died again 😒. 2 walls look great and I had to get a scrubber out for the others. No one wants to spend an entire day cleaning a bathroom. Why wasn't this built with a better battery life? ... show more

I have had this unopened for two years and just got around to opening it to see if it could help with removing silicone caulk from porcelain tile. I had tried everything from razor scrapers to goof off. I could get the bulk off but the caulk had been pushed into the porous tile so there was still a shine where it remained. I had to go up to the brown pad to get the residue in the tile out....but it got it!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Worth every dime even if o my for this one successful project!!! ... show more

Love this thing! First thing I did is go after the cooktop on our stove. We had worked for several hours to clean this when we got our new house as we scrubbed the burnt rings off of the stove. The rings were still there. After using the blue strub brush for a few minute the rings were gone! Has a decent battery run time. Uses a usb plug for charging (just like a cell phone) which is odd but works. Would buy this again and am impressed how well it works for the money. ... show more
