The product description lists the Brother XR3140 and I took a chance that it would be similar to the XR3240 and it is a good fit and works perfectly. The one thing that confused me installing it was that my machine's threading arm has a flat that it front facing, and the threader looks like the matching part faces the back. I installed it in a 8-2 o'clock orientation like the factory one was and it fit easily. Works great! Thanks!

I liked the time that I received it. The only thing it didn't have any instructions to put it on. Us sewers knows what to do, but beginner's may not. Very good product.

These break off so easily whenever I sew and it catches the material. The threading component comes off because the black plastic pins that hold the metal threader breaks off from the main body of the threader. It's totally useless once it gets warped off from the main body. I wish they would make the whole thing with metal parts. It's poorly designed and it's not cost-effective. I would rather take out the needle from the machine to thread using one of the manual threader.

Great. This is my second one cuz I tend to sew thick fabrics and it gets caught on the metal parts and separated the metal from the plastic.
