Very comfortable. A bit bigger than my twin (though I am on an air mattress currently so that might be why) but this topper retains body heat. I do not have temperature regulation in my body (from Dysautonomia) so please take with a grain of salt, but I do tend to run hot and I’m sleeping on the floor and this topper has made me sleep with only the sheet and a thin blanket on even on cold nights. When I first got it I noticed a new smell but it went away in a few days. It’s wearing well but I have only had it about a month so I’m not certain about longevity (I do toss and turn and everything is still as new as the day I got it). Hope this helps someone!

It's comfortable and fits well. When I rec'd it I opened the package to air it out a couple days. When I went to put it on the bed I noticed a 3 inch gash on the underside, like a huge check mark. Hope it doesn't affect the life span of the item.

When I wrote the first review about how the pad had come apart in a couple of places, the manufacturer contacted me immediately and made arrangements to send me a replacement. This whole process took less than a week, and they were so nice. This is seriously the most comfortable mattress pad I've ever slept on (and I've been thru quite a few in 60 years of living).
