I can’t tell you what a lifesaver this wet vac is. I broke my leg 1.5 months ago. Shortly after that, my relative was helping me tidy up and my wet vac broke. Meh. So my floors were just kind of left alone except for sweeping or a quick vacuum. One day I couldn’t take it anymore so I did some research and decided to buy the Dreame H14 wet vac. The details sounded like it would fit my needs with a child, a dog, and two birds making messes. After I got it home, my spouse helped me unpack it and we charged it so we could try it out the next day. It was easy enough to use that I was able to maneuver it even with a walker. I always sweep or vacuum the floor before using a wet vac because the Labrador hair confetti can be intense. My prior wet vac would clog up quickly even with this precaution. However, the H14 handled the Labrador hair and bird food that was hiding from the vacuum like a dream (pun intended). I was able to completely get the kitchen floor (tile) clean with no streaks on just one cleaning solution fill up. I was worn out after that so I held off on the living room (LVP) for the next day. I had the same result. I am loving how easy this wet vac is to use, the cleaning quality, and that it can lay flat to get into compact spaces like under chairs and couches. I am particularly keen on the fact that it came with extra accessories. It maneuvers really easily. It is compact so I can leave it near the couches for quick touch ups, but it doesn’t stand out. I was really happy with the roller cleaning and 5 minute dry so it feels like the roller is clean and ready to go next time I need it. I think the value is exceptional for the price. I highly recommend this high performance wet dry vac.

I absolutely love this vacuum mop! I already own several other vacuum mops, and basic mop and bucket - this one outperforms all of them by a long shot. I honestly didn’t realize how much dirt and grime my floors still had until I used this. After going over the floors, I was shocked at how much more it picked up and how much cleaner everything looked and felt afterward. One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning system. Unlike other models I’ve owned that only do a quick rinse and leave the roller damp, this one actually does a much better job keeping the roller cleaner and fresher between uses. The overall design is also very user-friendly. Setup was incredibly easy — just snap the handle into place and it’s ready to go. I have pets, grandchildren, heavy foot traffic, and tile floors with uneven grout, so keeping floors clean can feel impossible sometimes. This vacuum mop has made a huge difference. It handles everyday messes really well, and the battery life is excellent. I can clean all of my house without worrying about recharging. Another great feature is the lie flat mode for under the bed and furniture!! This machine is very easy to use, light weight, easy to clean and does an excellent job!!

This machine is seriously impressive. I have kids, pets, and a busy household, so anything that can tackle everyday messes efficiently gets my attention, and this does a great job. The combination of vacuuming and mopping at the same time makes cleaning hard floors much faster than doing both tasks separately. One of my favorite features is how well it handles sticky messes and spills. Instead of smearing things around, it actually picks them up and leaves the floor looking clean. The lie-flat design is also really useful for getting under furniture and other hard-to-reach areas. The self-cleaning system is a huge convenience too. Man I wanted to love this and I did for about two months and then the water tank started leaking. I contacted Dreame customer service via phone. The rep was nice but not at all helpful. I was transferred to several different people and then asked to send a detailed invoice from Amazon, video and pictures of the issue, serial panel of the unit and proof I didnt use any "harsh cleaning" chemicals in the product (just gave a picture of the cleaning solution I used from R & W Co.), and finally all of my details like phone, address, etc. While I was on the phone I was also asked to do several things to the product, check seals, complete clean out all tanks and brushes and to check the joints and plastic for cracks from "ME hitting the unit too hard on furniture or walls"! The rep said they would email me a list of things I needed to try and report back to them my findings. While on the phone the rep kept trying to email me and it wouldn't go through. I finally suggested for me to email him and it worked. The instruction's to try and fix the issue were pretty detailed and 100% made the issue worse. I was told my case would be escalated to their troubleshooting team. DAYS later I received another detailed list of things I needed to do to the machine to ensure it was faulty. I guess water leaking from the clean water tank wasn't enough proof. I did these things again, took more video, placed the machine back onto the charger and as I walked away the entire main unit with the handle broke from the base of the unit (see picture). You could tell the water was coming from the front and bottom (harder to see on video) of the main unit (which I sent video proof of) and even told the technician and rep that the water was coming from there. I believe taking it apart and checking seals and all the other things made the issue worse. I then sent another video of the now totally inoperable unit to the 5 different Dreame employees I was talking to and demanded an refund or new product. It took days for a response and when I did they said they would only replace the unit (I wanted a refund) and would only do so once I properly reboxed the unit AT MY EXPENSE (shipping is paid for by them) with detailed instructions on how to properly box the unit for "inspection". I was told a week ago they would send a shipping label to me for shipment. I have yet to receive the label for shipment. At this point I have written the company and demanded an refund because I cant even get a shipping label timely! I WOULD NOT recommend buying this product not only because it seems like issues of leaking from the tank is common but also because their customer service processes are absolutely terrible and they have no care to make the issue right for the customer.

I have to say I’m quite impressed. The design feels really well thought out. It's modern, sturdy, and easy to handle despite having a lot going on. What stood out to me the most is the self-cleaning function. It actually works well and saves a ton of effort, which makes a big difference since nobody wants to deal with cleaning the cleaner after every use. The cherry on top for me is the lie-flat feature. Being able to fully flatten it and reach under furniture and into those hard-to-get areas is a game changer. It makes cleaning feel more complete instead of just doing the visible spots. Overall, it’s been a really convenient and satisfying upgrade for my cleaning routine.

I do loves this vac/mop. it is very handy, but if you don't pre sweep or pre vacuum and clean it after every single use it can get clogged up-that's my reason for deducting one star. my least favorite part is cleaning it, I think they make it look easier than it is in the tiktoks, but it's not really difficult to clean, it's more gross and hair can get wrapped around the roller brush which is why I do recommend first sweeping or vacuuming. I was kinda hoping I wouldn't have to do that, but it Is what it is... there is no one silver bullet for life, so don't expect this to be either. the sucking power is very good, it tries to get cords and stuff that I'm not trying to pick up; which I do appreciate the suction -it does a very good job with that and the moping does well, too. my 10 yo can use it without any issues, that's one of her chores, I would recommend getting it on a Black Friday deal, I'm not sure what my husband got it for since it was a gift. There are three suction options one normal, two ultra, and three suction only -I believe that is just for liquids only. it is easy to put together, you do have to buy replacement filters and roller brush, but it does self cleaning so that does help the purchase to be not as frequent. it's speedy, value is there if you get a sale, and it is not too bulky, I just get some lysol wipes and clean around the roller. you do get an extra filter. I did have an issue when I first got it, my self cleaning was not working, I couldn't get a full refund on it if I sent it back, my options were a possible partial refund, or a replacement so I went for a replacement, I have not had any issues with the replacement. it is so handy. I do have stairs, but I don't use it on them, another reason why I will get a regular stick vacuum, just trying to decide which I need. so this is a great vac mop, I know there are a lot to choose from right now; if you find one at a decent price (250 or less) I think it would be worth it, I don't think it would be with the $500 price tag.

We are moving into our new home soon where it is primarily hardwood floor. We have 3 large dogs who shed a lot and who also drool like crazy (3 Great Danes). This has been a wonder sucking up the fur and also taking care of the wet spots on the ground by our crazy 3 fur babies. This thing is also a beast! And when I say that, I mean, it's quite durable. It's on the heavier side because of its capability of being able to mop at the same time, but it's multi purpose so it makes sense when it weighs more. Putting together was super easy and we were able to vacuum pretty quickly. Make sure to read the instructions if you are going to mop right away and you've never done so! There's a little bit of a learning curve there. It's not JUST a vacuum, it is a mop also, so there are additional steps to take for cleaning up. This is a great addition to our cleaning routine with 3 Great Danes and I'm thrilled with it!
