I love this vacuum mop. It is so easy to use and had a setting that self cleans so there is no pushing with it. I've used all modes and they all are great. The ultra really gets in there and cleans. Very easy to fill and empty the dirty water. Can't believe how much dirty I had on one floor. This will be my go to from now on. The robot mop will be retired. This beats it hands down. I have all wood and ceramic floors so this was a game changer for me.

This Dream vacuum mop combo works amazingly well and has sped up my hardwood floor cleaning routine and lasts the entire time I clean a 3000+ sqft house. The vacuum is impressively sturdy, and the packaging arrived in perfect condition, which always earns bonus points in my book. Installation and setup were essentially effortless with only clicking in the handle, and once it was running, I could feel the time savings immediately: what used to take over an hour with a Swiffer now takes under 20 minutes. The fit and finish on this machine feel premium; the weight is comfortable to manage and maneuver across the room, which matters when you don’t want to dread dragging a heavy cleaner around. The “edge to edge” cleaning claims are real and baseboards and corners no longer feel neglected. The overall speed of the clean is genuinely impressive. Highly reccomended without hesitation, espeically when it goes on sale.

I can't say enough good things about this vac mop! I hate a dirty kitchen- we have two dogs, two cats and two kids. It's messy and I don't have time to sweep and mop every day- this product has given me back hours of my life and saved me a ton of stress. It comes with extra parts and items so I am set up for future replacements. It sweeps, then mops and drys quickly. Comes with a cleaning solution initially but one is not required to continue using. Best money I've spent!

I have 2 Great Pyrenees and we take long walks on the trails and through the mud, so obviously they bring in a lot of dirt. My husband is an avid mountain biker and he brings in a lot of dirt. Our mudroom is exactly that, a mudroom. Up until now, I have surrendered and basically would vacuum the dirt, but any mop system I had basically just moved the dirt around. I would give my floors a real good cleaning, on my hands and knees, if guests were coming, but other than that I just tried not to look at the mess. Enter the Dream H12 Pro Wet Dry Vac...a game changer. The first round I went over all the floors twice. Yucky black water down the drain. After the second pass, my hardwood floors and tiled floors (some irregular slate-like) passed the white glove test! What is super nice is that now that I have gotten the floors under control, it is so easy to just pull this machine out. Takes minimal effort and so now instead of cleaning the floors maybe once a month I do it twice a week! The battery lasts about 30 minutes, more than enough for me to do what I need. I like the self cleaning process which is a bit noisy but only last a few minutes and then drying mode is much quieter. You can occasionally get brush marks but I find that if I move the machine with the grain of the wood this is not an issue. The edge cleaning is great. My tile floors have very thin grout lines so it did pretty well, though definitely better on smoother floors, so I go back and forth in 2 directions if need be. So if you have been putting off mopping your floors, this machine will change your life! UPDATE: It is now July, 5 months later, what as a wonderful machine has stopped working. No clean water output. So so so so sad. I loved it when it worked. UPDATE: I reached out to the seller/manufacturer and after a relatively quick process they instructed me to send them the machine. They paid for shipping to Dallas. Turns out they actually repair things there. Who knew?! Anyway, they replace the water pump and sent it back to me. The whole process took about 2 weeks. I have been using it regularly for weeks with success. Stay tuned, but if your machine does have issues, it is worth it to reach out to them.

I saw this vac at a friends house and she was raving about how much she likes it. So naturally, I had to try it for myself. I didn’t think I could feel attached to a vacuum, but here we are. The Dreame H12 Pro has turned me into someone who brags about clean floors. The best part is it cleans itself and its cordless, so I can reach any space without having to switch outlets. No more pulling out soggy rollers or wringing out a mop. I just dock it, hit the button, and it gives itself a one hour hot air spa treatment. By the time it’s done, the brush is dry, fresh, and ready to go again. It’s more self sufficient than some people I know. It also does a fantastic job around edges and corners, which is usually where crumbs and pet hair go to retire. The smart sensor automatically cranks up the suction when it detects a mess, so yes, it knows when my kid has spilled cereal again. The battery life lasts long enough to get my hardwood and tile floors, then lasts long enough to self clean. The water tank is large enough that I can clean the whole downstairs without stopping for a refill and then some. It’s quiet, glides smoothly, and has a hair wrapping prevention feature. If you’ve ever dreamed of a cleaning gadget that works hard and takes care of itself, this is it. It’s efficient, satisfying to use, and makes me feel like I have my life a little more together. This thing was totally worth it.
