I use it to just boost the natural amounts. Sometimes it really makes me sleepy. Sometimes it just makes me drowsy. Either way I go to sleep better. I have a terrible time falling asleep without the use of prescription medications, which I really don't like to take on a regular basis. I first grabbed these at a grocery checkout and was amazed at how well they worked. Now, I honestly have to still ensure I work to quiet my mind, stay off my phone, and relax....but this is more effective than any other supplements I've yet tried for sleep. I drink one little bottle about 30 minutes before I plan to sleep to let the effects kick in. The best results I get from these little bottles of snoozeberry are how well I stay asleep through the night. They are fairly pricey for a nightly supplement, but if you consistently have issues falling asleep you'll probably try just about anything. Note - I have tried the powder packette versions and didn't find them at all as effective as the liquid. Maybe just me, but the liquid is where it's at. The water works great and is significantly better than water alone. However, it is damn near impossible to get the caps off these things. I’m twisting skin off my hand trying to get these open. Works great & never groggy the next day. Pleasantly surprised how well this works & without side-effects. I fall asleep within half an hour, don’t wake up during the night & feel rested the next day. I’ve re-ordered this several times. Update: I’ve been using this off & on for months now. I still think it works great & even tastes great but if you take it several nights in a row without skipping some days, it starts to work a little less well. I guess you can build a bit of a tolerance to the effects if you rely on it too much. Still, it never makes me tired the next day and really works well if I only use 2-3 times per week. Nothing works perfectly for insomnia but this is as good as it gets without relying on heavy meds that used to always make me feel zombified the next day. ... show more

Wish I could give it 0 stars, but sadly no. Item isn't effective, doesn't actually do as described.... Melatonin doesn't work on me whatsoever, and I find it more effective than this product. That says a lot. Buy at you own risk.

So I am a pretty objective person, and I truly feel every product out on the market can have different effects on different individuals. 1. The taste- it is very unpleasant. I read some reviews of people saying it was a great taste, and others saying it was a bad taste. I am on "team" bad taste. For a product of this price it should be very simple to provide a sugar free, calorie free, sweet tasting liquid. Dream Water "Snoozeberry" is not that. However I have not tried any of the other flavors, so I cannot comment if they taste any better, in my opinion they should all taste good. 2. Hit or miss- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Some nights I would drink one full 2.5 ounce bottles and start to feel very sleepy and calmly relax into my pillow. Then other nights I would feel nothing, ZERO effect of the product. I noticed it works best if I take it on a night I already feel tired and sleepy, it seems to just kinda add to my overall tiredness. If I take it on a night I feel really awake and not tired, that's when it seems to not really have a calming effect. For reviews I usually take away 1 star for any big negative points. So overall rating is a 3. I read some people complaining about the price, if you shop around carefully and wait for good deals you can actually get these at a good price. Last I would like to mention the product "iChill" it is another liquid sleep aid. I tried this stuff and it has a very pleasant taste, works consistently, and has a good price tag. ... show more
