I took my true size. I wear a 6.5-37 and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and easy to walk in. The mid heel is easy to walk in but still attractive and dressy.

These have a nice appearance, but they don't work for me. They arrived nicely packaged, with dust covers for each shoe. I really wanted to like these! There are three straps: forefoot, midfoot, and heel. The forefoot strap is fine, but the midfoot strap is too long, which makes the back of the shoe flop around. If I tighten the heel strap enough to make the midfoot strap stay in place and secure the heel, it pushes my foot too far forward in the shoe, and the shoe is no longer long enough. Additionally, the design of the shoe made me put far too much weight in my big toe instead of distributing it across my metatarsals. It quickly lead to pain in my big toe just walking around my kitchen. I also found the right heel to be a bit unstable when I was walking around (the left was fine). EDIT: Customer service reached out to me to offer a refund, but this was unnecessary as I received the item as part of the Amazon Vine program. The vendor seems to be responsive and invested in their product.
