I was excited to receive these shoes bc they had the perfect heel for me. Upon opening and unwrapping the shoes, they appeared to be used and previously worn. I’m not sure if the photos were able to capture the wear on the shoes. The bottoms were scuffed up, the straps were indented showing that they had previously been buckled and worn. One of the straps was frayed. I was disappointed but bc I needed them for an event, I didn’t have time to return them. The condition wasn’t completely horrible to make them unwearable but I was disappointed that they did arrive worn and slightly damaged. With that said, they were very comfortable and fit like they were supposed to. I decided it would be less of a hassle to keep them than to return them and wait for a new pair. I do like this shoe brand so I will buy from them again, (with hopes that I receive a new pair). Hopefully your shoes get delivered to you new and not used like mine. ... show more
