What is right for me may not be right for others, but I LOVE this boot! It is very fashionable, and true to size. I found the small details to be the big bonus. The back of the calf top has a small elastic gore, allowing a little stretch for wearing over leggings or straight fitting jeans. The elastic also has a little give if you use the hidden pocket. I’ve used the pocket for parking stub, hidden money, key fob, etc. but IPhone will not fit. The side zipper allows for easy on/easy off. The zipper is low, nearer to the ankle rather than towards the knee, and it does not go to the top of the boot which is a feature I like. The so called wide calf is not over wide, but is snug enough to stay put, and does not rub or chafe my calf. It is not intended to be a “snow boot.” It does not have traction grip or lug style tread, so I suggest not using it in bad weather conditions.

These are so cute and perfect for what I needed. They’re not going to be everyday boots since they’re pretty thin and flimsy in the sole but for casual nights out and my renaissance fair costumes they’re just what I wanted. I’m a half size so I sized up and they’ll be great with socks. Also, I’m 5’10” with fairly muscular legs so I was so pleasantly surprised they stay up so well and I still have room in the calves! My only complaint is that they probably won’t be long lasting which is ok with me and just a heads up that they are pretty narrow - luckily I have narrow feet but I can tell with socks there’s not a lot of room on the sides of my toes. If you’re looking for boots for events or a night out I would say 100% get them.

This boots are awesome, extremely comfortable and after two years, I definitely expect some wear and tear. They’re versatile and clean very easily! I’ve worn these in the dirt and just got a damp paper towel to dab them clean! Definitely worth the money! I normally wear between an 8 1/2 and 9 and ordered a 9 and they fit great

I have paid hundreds of dollars on a pair of boots that are just not comfortable. However these Boots are the MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS EVER!!!! I have had several back surgeries, so, I no longer can wear 4 inch heels anymore. So, I took a chance buying a pair of Boots without being able to try them out first. Hooray!!!! Not only are they comfortable, but they are beautiful as well. Also, in each boot there are two little pockets, which wasn’t in their description, so great for going to a Concert to put your keys, and lipstick. Hoping to wear them to a Stevie Nicks concert!!!!

The boots are comfortable, the color is as expected. I wouldn’t wear a thick pair of socks with them, but other than that they’re a really nice boot.

These boots look really cute on. I was thrilled to find a truly wide-calf boot that was attractive and went almost all the way up to my knee. If only they would stay up! It's a pain to have to keep pulling the tops up so they don't gather too low on my calf. But because they look cute, I use "fashion tape" to hold them up on my legs when I wear them... only if I'm not wearing tights, as I don't want them to snag. My main problem is that these are marketed as a winter boot but don't have any padding, warmth, or traction. I slip all around the house in these, so I'm terrified to wear them in wet or snowy weather. While I can use a spray to make them more water resistant, there isn't much to do about the slippery bottom to make them safe enough to walk in. If the weather is right, these are a great wide-calf boot for short skirts and dresses. Just don't into the purchase thinking these will be your new winter boots.
