I ordered my usual 8.5W size and also a second pair in 9W because of the size discrepancies mentioned by other customers. The 9W arrived today and it's too big for me. I'm returning this. Amazon's AI recommendation of 9.5W would have been far too big! It's good that I didn't go with it. The packaging is very good, but a bit too much of stickly tape usage to deal with. The red color is beautiful and the shoe feels well made. I wish the ankle strap buckle also had a simple slip-hook closure for much easire wear/ remove, which I'm used to in other shoes I own. This standard buckle combined with the criss-cross ankle strap design takes far too much time for me to put on and take off the shoe. I'll see how I feel after the 8.5W arrives. Update: 8.5W is a little big, there's a gap between my natural heel and the shoe's heel cup. The ankle buckle is challenging for me. Sadly, I'm returning the shoes.

Ladies (or anyone else wanting these shoes) these shoes are so pretty! I ordered them to use for my outdoor wedding in September and this shoe looked like it would be the one, unfortunately that is not the case for me. First lets talk about the look; the color is white, not an off white but a true white, which is what I wanted. The straps give the shoe an elegant look, and the material is smooth. The height; the height is perfect for brides like me that want heels but don't want to die or fall. Its about a 3 inch block heel (no sinking into the grass), the platform or toe area is thin, but not uncomfortably thin, comfortable to wear around my house on the tile. The fit; I wear 8.5 so I ordered my normal size and the fit was good, except the straps. So I didn't think I had fat feet but these shoes are making me question that. The strap that goes over the toes is too tight, it would be okay to try to keep them and stretch it out but the way it rubs on my big toe and pinky toes concerns me, especially since I want to wear them for my big day. The ankle strap is also weird, the crisscross is super cute, but either its made for a smaller foot or I just have fat feet/ankle. I really wanted these shoes to work, they look great, but since the fit is bad for me, I will be sending them back and looking for something else that'll work for me. UPDATE: This company is great, they reached out to me after I returned the other style that didn't work out for me and offered to send me a different style, at no cost to me, that might suit me better, and I'm excited to try them out, great job on the company's part to reach out and try to get me in the perfect shoes for my big day!
