  • mas de 200 horas de juego garantizada
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive

  • The version to buy
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
The quality of life improvements of this version make it well worth. Even as a newbie to the Dragon Age series, the game was simple enough to understand and digest in small bursts. Really enjoyed the "what happened so far" because you can dive right into it where you left off without too much hassle. Never felt like I needed to grind, really didn't struggle much at all. Colorful, soundtrack is good even if it is the same few songs, and the story is great; I appreciate any story moments in games (RPGs especially) that I can't predict. ... show more

  • Its Dragon Quest at it's best!
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
Love this game, for better or worse. If you never played a DQ game before this one is a good entry. It is the most generic, traditional JRPG in existence and that is the point. No frills, no extra unnecessary fluff, just honest to goodness slap yo mama cheesy Hero JRPG wonder. Buy this game if that appeals to you. It for us old gamers and millennials who grew up playing these games on the Sega, SNES, etc. It will bring out your inner child once more and warm your heart. Manage your expectations and recognize the type of game it is and you will have a good time. The only bad thing I can say about it is that the music is generic and repetitive AF but you can tune it out. Honestly, by the time I finished the game, which took about 175 hours to do absolutely everything while taking my time, I actually still listen to the soundtrack outside of the game. The overture that I thought was so boring and fanfareific is actually somewhat awe inspiring. I made it my ringtone if you can believe it. Makes you smile even if you still hate it because of its generic saccharinity. The game is less than 20 bucks and you will get your money's worth so do not hesitate and add this gem to your collection today. ... show more

  • A Fantastic game.
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
A beautiful game that gives you that old school style rpg feel. I picked this up even though I had the original release as the updates and extras to the game made it worthwhile to me.

  • 70 Hours Played and Loving It
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
I have 70 hours played so far, level 37, and absolutely loving the game. With Super Strong Monsters turned on the difficulty lets more experienced players break a sweat without being punished. I've only wiped once so far, but each boss has required my undivided attention. You need to lean into your character builds in order to maximize damage output. You absolutely need to spec Sylvando into Hustle Dance ASAP. Its the only party heal you will have for a long time, and you WILL need it. ... show more

  • Having fun so far, and that says a lot
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
I need to preface this by saying I'm generally not a fan of turn-based JRPGs. I don't think they're bad as genre, I'm just generally more interested in the story/world exploration and begrudgingly contend with the combat, with just a few exceptions. That being said, I currently have 23 hours in this game and have been enjoying my time so far. Combat isn't too complicated and the option to avoid combat encounters entirely is a feature i wish more games implemented rather than the constant random encounters. The story is best described as an episodic anime that you're in control of, like naruto or one piece. For $20, at the time of writing this, I definitely feel I've gotten my money's worth and I'm looking forward to seeing what the game brings next. ... show more

  • Great Dragon Quest game
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
If you have a fan of the Dragon quest series then this game is an easy pick up as its everything to love about Dragon Quest. Also worth getting if you are a fan of turned based JRPGs, if you are not a fan of that then there is nothing here that will change your mind about them.

  • two styles of game play
Platform: PlayStation 4 Edition: Definitive
The two styles of game play include a 3D, and a 2D. the 2D mode is very old school gaming, to me it seems archaic. The 3D mode graphics are of a similar quality to more recent Dragon Quest games. There is a second game, inbeded it the main game, and I have recently found out that that second game is the only way to get certain items and outfits that I want. I don't think that I will have to spend too much time in the second game world, at least I hope I don't. ... show more
